“Heroes & Villains – Part Two"
Writer: Nigel Kitching
Artist: Richard Elson

In the New Tek prison, Sonic tries to reason with Lieutenant Furor about Super Sonic and the Chaotix without much luck. However his luck changes when Lord Sidewinder, a man apparently linked with a nuclear bomb incident, comes to bail him out.

Back at the Chaotix headquarters the gang are feeling guilty about Sonic’s capture and try to plan a rescue, unknowing that Sonic has already found his own way out. At Lord Sidewinder’s family residence Sonic is introduced to Lightmare, Mr. Fry, Bio-Hazard and finally… Super Sonic!

Sidewinder says he had a deal with Super Sonic but now Sonic has been brought to him Super Sonic goes back on his end of the deal and blows up Sidewinder’s home. Super Sonic kept everyone safe from the explosion so he could have the pleasure of wiping them out personally and easily defeats Mr. Fry and Bio-Hazard, but its Sonic he’s really interested in destroying.

“Village of the Damned – Part Two"
Writer: Nigel Kitching
Artist: Nigel Dobbyn

Knuckles rescues the girl that the villagers are planning to sacrifice, and she leads him to a place where they should be safe. She turns out to be the sister of the ringleader – and leads the villagers to Knuckles, who is made the new sacrifice!

Another story with very dark and even vaguely political overtones, showing actual snapshots of Robotnik's style of rulership on everyday Mobians

“Trooper Trouble – Part One”
Writer: Lew Stringer
Artist: Carl Flint

Robotnik’s troopers seem to be demanding tax from the citizens of Wood Village Zone a lot more then usual. Tails finds a stray trooper to get answers from but instead of standing to fight this Trooper tries to escape.

Fleeing again from a group of troopers, the stray causes Tails to break its armour, and reveals a donkey called Clive.

Clive tells Tails that he repaired a Trooper Sonic had destroyed to teach the villagers a lesson for bullying him. Tails warns him that although he knows what it’s like to be picked on himself there was no call for what Clive did – and whilst they’re talking the real troopers are able to attack, over power and capture them both!

“Scream Theme Park”
Writer: Lew Stringer
Artist: Roberto Corona

Max Gamble opens up a new Theme Park at Casino Night Zone to try and make money by attracting customers with The Pit Plunge Roller Coaster. Many Mobians go to the park to take their minds off Robotnik’s reign, but it turns out that at the bottom of The Pit Plunge a badnik-creating machine is waiting for them with a horde of troopers!

As the troopers round up the prisoners, one rider reveals himself to be Shortfuse The Cybernik – who destroys the machine and then destroys the ride, so Gamble can’t try the same trick again.
