I made this video back in 10th grade...It was my first attempt at making a stop motion video...All I had was a cheap webcamera and a copy of Windows Movie Maker...
It was for an outside project for my 2d art class...The other kids allowed me to go first...bad idea...The teacher said it was the best project she's seen in her 20+ years of teaching...
The image is very grainy...but I'm sure most of you will appreciate the music...A little bit of SA2 (Vengence is Mine and Live and Learn) along with Queen's Another One Bites the Dust...
Enjoy...and let me know what you think of it!
That was awesome.
Legos and that...woah. Man. Awesome.
Very good job. I really enjoyed it.
Wow, that's some pretty awesome stuff! The Bionicle guys were a nice addition and seem perfect for the little Lego man to face. Nice choice of music too. Excellent work.
I know stop-motion animation takes a lot of time and patience. How long did it take you to put this piece together?
I worked on this project over a winter break...I spent a solid week filming and editing it...12+ hours a day...
Now, if you add in all the extra time I've put in to the movie since I made it...tack on another 10+ hours. This isn't the original file...I added the sound effects and the scene transitions like a year later...I did add two more bloopers, but they weren't as good as the first 3...It's probably obvious, but I redid the credits for the web version...
Thanks for all the compliments! I've tried to make a couple new films, but I keep running out of time... I have a mostly finished one that explains the story behind 'Raid'...but it's really dry. I narrated it...so in other words the voice acting sucks... It is definitely heavy in the special effects area. I've worked on facial expressions and some 'advanced' effects...I might throw it up in the near future...

In seriousness, I rather enjoyed it. All TV shows should be made this way.
