Well, it's been a while.
So, I havn't drawn anything worthwhile in ages. Ages of ages in fact. To get me in the mood I thought I'd have a look at my old doodles from the past three or four years, and in doing so, I realised something.
I have a lot of drawings from the past 3 or 4 years.
A lot.
So, in going through them, making some room in my cupboard and deciding what's pap and what's alrightish, I thought I might as well scan them all and show them for prosperity, and cheap laughs at my expense! Yay! Some you might have seen before, many you might have not. It'll be an education into my twisted mind...
Today, I hit the Transformers section of the pile. Unfortunatly it's mostly okay in the transformers pile, so not so many laughs. You might enjoy them anyway though!
You guys might notice this as the bloke I've been touting as my avvie for a while, and it is the only computer coloured pic of this bunch XD This is Crimson. Or rather Crimson as a Transformer. Or rather one of the Crimsons as a transformer. I perfer the Crimson Washing Machine, but unfortunatly that's on my drunken doodle pad, which is elsewhere. Not entirely decided on the name but currently using Skywolfe, he becomes a modified Bell 222 chopper. He has twin whipswords/hairstyles and jets in his feet, making him a danger to himself and anybody nearby =D

Another of my fancharacters, this is Darkstar. My notes on Darkstar say;
Name: Darkstar
Allegiance: Autobots
Function: Supporting fire
Alt. mode: Missle launching truck
Weapons: 8xmissle launchers.
Special Abilities: Internal warhead and missle construction systems for near constant fire rate, can spin body at high rpm.
Height: 35 ft - 10.7 m
Quote: 'Slag it. I'm off to the pub.'
For Darkstar, war is not something he approves of, although he may be good at it. He is a brash, foul-mouthed robot, concerned mostly with having a good time during day to day life, but, despite his sometimes abrasive attidute, he is quite a nice guy. As likely to share a batch of High Grade energon with an enemy as well as an ally, providing they show respect for the atmosphere of wherever they may be, and give everyone the respect they deserve. When off duty, Darkstar tries to be a mate to everybody, sometimes against their own wishes.
On the battlefield however, he is a determined and capable warrior up close, and a frightening (although usually less then harmful) prospect at a distance. If he accepts a task, he will not stop till it is complete, no matter the personal risk, although he will try to avoid risk to others.
Although he enjoys a good brawl, and the excitement of combat, Darkstar destests killing, and during his role as cover fire, he usually makes a lot of sound and noise, perfering to lay down a huge, concusive barrage to keep oppenents at bay rather than accuratly firing at them.
He enjoys the earth, particularly some of the earthen culture, but perfers cybertron, and a good evergon bar.
Darkstar is designed to make things go bang. Previously, he was involved in excavation work, and often firework displays, much to his enjoyment. Now his abilities are put to use as heavy support in the battlefield as his arm mounted launchers can fire up to 8 explosive rockets at a time, or due to nano-scale construction systems in his arms, in succestion at a rate of 40 rockets a minute (1 every 1.5 seconds). These can also be fired in Vehicle mode.
His launcers can be equipped with other types of rocket, with varying warheads, but Darkstar dosn't know how to make them or install them, so it is a trick that needs to be set up ahead of time.
In robot mode his upper torso can be rotated through 360 degrees, at an extremly high RPM, making him, in his words, "An expensive drinks mixer"
In vehicle mode, he can reach a top speed of around 58 mph, and has a range of around 500 miles
Darkstar is a glutton for high grade energon, enjoying flooding his laser core with an overabundance of energy, allowing it to overheat and hinder his conciousness. In otherwords, he is a drunkard. As such there have been times where he as been ineffectual in his duties due to being overcharged, or worse, burning out some circuits. This probably hasn't appealed him to the medics much either.
His bulky frame makes for slow movement, and he is easy to hit, but his high armour and seemingly pre-programmed bull-headedness tend to make this less a weakness, unless he comes up against some serious firepower.
When rotating, his gears can easily wear out and come to an awkward halt, even worse, if he is carrying to much wieght, then the forces can tear him apart, inflicting serious damage.
His most exploitable weakness however, is probably his compassion for life. As much as he will beat an enemy into submission, he almost point blank refuses to kill anyone, no matter the cause, leaving many of his attacks ineffectual in the long run.
So...basically a drunken brawling missle truck who dosn't want anybody hurt too badly then? *shrugs*
And yes, I know he has Origins hair. I like it =P

A mugshot of Pinion's buddy, Rack. Plus bonus vampire, yay! No, the goggles don't do anything.
Rack and Pinion, together as they should be =D This is a much better design for Pinion here.
A little about the pair. Rack is a car transporter trailer, and Pinion is his cab, so they go together like... two things that go together very well. However Rack does all the talking, which is does often and loudly. Pinion on the other hand is mute (Though has perfect recall and magnetic powers.) They are also obsessed with earth magicians and it is their dream to become such.

This is a TF designed around a friend of mine, with a Bugatti Veyron alt mode. Only thing of note is the classy DBZ scouter.
Frequency is an odd one. Possibly the only Transformer I've designed from the ground up knowing it would be physically impossible to transform. Usually I put at least a little thought into it, then give way for asthetics/whims. Freq however is supposed to be from a universe with better tech, and runs on antigravity spheres. I might go into detail on that universe sometime, I might not. He turns into a TRoN style lightbike (but with balls ;P) and his attack robot mode sucks }=(

Magnostreak, my fembot. Originally, all I had was a name, and I was thinking Maglev Train. Then I said, "Screw that! Zonda!" Thus this little lady. Still no idea on personality or anything, but I'm considering changing her into a triplechanger.
"Rictus is an Autobot of some age, even by Transformer standards. And he considers himself blessed to still be functioning, yet he angrily declares a curse against his existance every day. Why? Because Rictus was unfortunate enough to be brought online with a defect in his spark. A disastorous one.
Rictus is cursed with a "Genetic" disorder, one in which his self repair mechanisims are beyond control. Any damage he sustains, through battle, accident, even the day to day wear and tear of his own metal grinding on metal, is an abnormal danger to Rictus. His own systems work against him, slowly turning the softer parts of his technatomy, his joints and organs, into the solid cybertronion metal of his "bones" and armour, eventually leading him to a life of pain, and disability, then death.
Fortunatly for him, it seems that landing on earth, the total reconfigurment needed for a new mode, in a new environment, has restored him to the state he once was. But it is only a matter of time before his curse kicks in once more.
On Cybertron, Rictus was an arcitect, a great builder, a creator of towers and art, homes and defense. Then the war came to a head, what could he do? What was a builder in the face of destroyers like Megatron. Especially a cripple. So he fled, he with several other Autobots who could not, or would not fight. They fled to set up a colony someplace else.
Many did not survive."

Scalpel, who is only a doctor in the sense he might fix you if it's an order or you pay him. Generally Doctors don't kidnap people at night and kill them slowly to see what makes them tick. Not since the victorian era anyway.
An odd, old project of mine, designing Sonic TFs =D I really should come back to this someday, because just waiting in the wings are a Sonic Firarri, A Knux 'Cuda, A Tails Plane, A Mecha Veyron and a Super Ascari.

As for the mashup insignia, do you mean batprime or Angstobot's? Cause either way it's fun but on Angstobot's I can then go on to lament to fact I didn't carry on with Graphics Products and waffle about how much I enjoy technical drawing.

This sketchpad. This sketchpad is very special to me. It was a gift from a friend whom I don't see or talk to near often enough (which is totally my own fault cause I'm an antisocial goit.) Anyway, I was visiting him and he gave me this, and it is awesome. Everything in this sketchpad is guarenteed to be recent, or less than a year old at least. However there is not as much in it as you'd think, because most things get taken out for scanning then filed. But what's in here, I share now.

Once upon a time, I did a webcomic. Not a good webcomic at all, and it didn't last long. It was about me and my housemates. But as fuzzy animal things. Occasionally I'd still do a strip or pic or two for fun. One night, we were playing a drinking game to the Back to the Future trilogy. Yeah.
Ever wondered what Crims would look like as an angry old fart? Now you know!
So I was on this Bleach kick yeah? Yeah. This is basically a Shinigami Crims, or a design for one anyway. It's alright but one I use far too often...
Much better! This is Ookami Shinku, with his Zanpakuto Kenkateishu. No I can't remember what they were supposed to mean. I do remember however that his weapon's power was to drain energy from both the wielder and the attacker with every strike in such a way that fights would devolve into a drunken brawl. I gave up on Bleach when I got sick of the pissing contests.
Some Elemental Crimsons were going to go here, but I only got as far as fire and ice, and couldn't get wind down how I wanted. Earth had no chance.

These guys were characters in an RPG that bounces around my head occasionally. Members of the Tyron Royal Marine Corp these three are cadets in the same year as the character, each of course with different specialities. Top Right is Jessie, the sniper and responsible worrywort. Bottom Left is Locke, the Powerarmour/Broadsword specialist and official ditz, then bottom right is Cero who is an impetuous idiot who hates his name, and has rapiers attached to his gauntlets.
And now for something completely different (because it was on the camera at the time) a prop my brother made for his halloween costume (personally I think it looked better before the silver drybrushing, but there you go.)

Every single one of these sketches that you've posted up here Crimson Darkwolfe, are some of the best Sketches I've even seen in this Mobius Forum message board. So Congratulations.
Here we go again! You didn't think I was finished did you? I have not yet begun to scan! Muhahaha.
Todays topic is concepts for a fangame. Yep. A fairly crappy set of ideas, certainly, but some fun, and highly confusing.
I did mention that I was sketchdumping everything right =D
A list of 14 zone ideas for the game, along with names (and thus back of the mind concepts) for the bosses, and an idea of what the bgm should sound like. Some of these are... decidedly odd.
The first zone was of course, Paradise Beach Zone:
Your typical starting level full of easiness and rolling hills. On this diagram, blue was background, purple was rings, green was springs, red enemies/spikes and brown was boxes. It had but three badniks, two of which have sketches:
Kablor there even got a sprite done =O
Sandfly did too, but it's rubbish!
The half way boss was going to be Mecha Sonic...after his fall from angel island.
And the boss was a mace swinging type dealy who I had sprites for but now can't seem to find *Edit: Found it!*. Found the attack patterns though!
After that level, there was Halogen City Zone, a fast, complex city level! Look on and be confused!
I never got round to designing act 2, but I did design the half way boss, Razorblade!

Other than that, it's not got far, except for a few random boss designs.
And some work on sand like tiles that dosn't work too well and looks kinda naff.

Based on the way the sketches look, this seems like this would be one very crazy fangame! 
There are so many individual levels of win in this topic, I am left perplexed.
The sprite works and level designs are really cool, the level concepts especially, I don't think I've ever seen anyone else do that. As always, I have to give love and praise to the Transformery art.
Most artists I know are usually good at either furry art, human art, mech art, etc etc. You have a really good grasp on all and improve constantly. Good on you, mate. Keep posting more, I wanna see.
Thanks guys =3 Don't worry, I have plenty more to post. As for improving, sure I would if I ever drew regularly anymore. I never find the time or effort these days, which is a shame because I have a few things I need to draw. I'll get round to them soon enough though.

Fosky <3 Magenta Darkfosk is a Fosk, a creature that originally was just a Fox with an interchangable tail, but took a life of it's own and became a creature native to the void between dimensions who survived by absorbing creatures through their tails, which made them more powerful and changed them.
Yeah.
Shock Skunk was a maverick design. She's a skunk, obviously.
Another Maverick design, Riptide Otter was supposed to be fast, sleek and sharp. He eventually got a sprite as well Nn
Maverick design numbah three, King Constrictor is... a constrictor? I didn't get further than that.
Ice Crims =3 I quite like this Crimson design, he's sort of old and mellow. And a pretty blue and white =3
A uni mate of mine. With an evil stasche.
Crimson's seldom seen (and with good reason) super-form. He basically becomes living crystal, which is bloody hard to draw. Still havn't got the hang of it yet though.
Another RP character, this is Grunge. Or Grunge's hedgefox form at least. Grunge is a robot from the future made of shapeshifting goo. He came to this form by sampling several people's DNA and mixing them together, but he's 3ft tall because he likes it. He also weighs about the same as a small van.
Complex integration included for laughs.

Sailor Yar was origianlly just something that happened when Crims got plastered. There was no transformation, or anything like that, just a bloke in a dress obsessed with rum and the colour pink. Then there was an unfortunate incident where he tried to outdrink a god. Now Ruth exists on her own and is married with a kid (The kid isn't her husband's but, hey, pirate.)

The main character of an RPG that floats around my head, Zen.
Some notes on the planned revival of MFworld Crims, along with the wuf himself in his undies. Wooo.
A series of very old doodles. From the top left, Vicktor, a smuggling freedom fighting cat. Batwolf, who would eventually become Moonshine. Umba Pendragon, an axe weilding maniac. And some guy, then Umba again.
Up in the left corner are Slapdash, a randomly powered superhero and knuckles. Then we have Tercet Mezerion. An evil villain type.
A pirate. Arrr!
Violet Duskyracoon is a Crims from an Alternate Mobius Forum where most people are rather different if not entirely opposite. Not quite Bizzarro MoFo, more like genderswitched. She's a lot more impulsive then the Crim you know.
Speed Tau/Tesla was once an athlete named Sam Butler. Then he got in an accident and lost his ability to run competivily, which is all he lived for. He tried to commit suicide with industrial cleaning fluids, and wound up in hospital, given the choice on his deathbed, volunteer for the Tau Nanorobitical Organic Replacement Program, or die. He joined up. A pair of new legs, super fast eyes and reactions and replaced respitory systems later, he's still a depressed guy who regrets his choice.
Fire Crim is Firey.
Even I get cold in winter sometimes.
Tau Omega is a final strike command embedded in Starlight Industry's recreation of Grunge. With a codeword he would metamorph into this engine of destruction. Luckily, never used.
An old design for a Star Wars universe Crims. Redefined later with a more staff like weapon.
It's just Crim.
Initial designs for four elemental Crimsons. The Ice Crimson was changed after this.
Some thumbnail designs for works on the 6 states of Crim: Crimson, Darkwolfe, Lightwolfe, Sable, Yar and the Void, as well as Magsie.
Crimson, the slightly cowardly, very friendly personality was to be sat on a hill overlooking Sega City, drawing something.
Darkwolfe, the feral, aggressive part of his personality was in a dark wood, with some fresh killed prey.
Lightwolfe, the selfless, lawfull part of his personality was in riot gear, on the police lines.
Sable, the selfish greed was on a throne, lording over an empire.
Yar (and batwolf) are the sillyness and drunkeness. Thus silly.
Void is a gap in his personality literally into the void between dimensions and a severe weakness for possesion and psychic attacks.
Magsie is complicated =3

Propane man, a robot master. A blue robot master. With firey disk shields.
Soakman, an orange robot master (Thanks to the jelly level in James Pond =D) He absorbs and amplifys attacks against him.

Wreckman is an Indigo robot master. He thinks he's a ghost pirate. Vineman is culutred.
Shardman is sharp and covered in crystal. He's weak to sonics.
He's also interested in elastic deformation apparently.

The Coat is a pan-omniversal entity that wants to simplify things a little. Usually by squashing universes into each other.
Sable is an evil Crimson who conquered his home dimension through mind control. He's old. He's powerful. He's also dead so not much of a threat.
A bunch of Crimsons including a superhero elf thing, a steely buisnessman, a melting clay monstrosity and the Right Reverend Crimson Darkwolfe of the First Church of SSC. Oh and a picstie.
He hasn't yet. Also Star Wars Crim's lightsabre.
Jonothan Worth is Spectre, an immortal superhero set with the task of collecting spirits that still inhabit this plane.

And now for a brief intermission while I can't be bothered digging out my scanner. A stp by step drawing =D With this I wanted a little more sketchy, watercoloury style than my usual. I feel it turned out nicely. Done all by tablet, not my usual way either. Just experimenting really here.
Step 1: A quick sketch to get the skeleton and figure in place.
Step 2: Once the figure is in place, sharpen up them lineses.
Step 3: Basic colours, Lellow is awkard.
Step 4: Tatoos. Blue!
Step 5: By the magic of computers, the tatoos take the shading from underneath! Magic!
Step 6: More sketchin time, effects and sword.
Step 7: Isn't a step, it's the dark background I use to catch colour bleeding. It just looks awesomr with the sketchiness though

So I finally dug my sketchbox out from under the pile of transformers, dirty dishes and unwashed socks it has been buried by for the past couple of months, blew the dust off my scanner and cracked onward, tally ho!
Today's selection is a mix of old drunken sketches, stuff done during a training course (I didn't get to keep the best ones on that, they were put in my file in case anybody wanted an artist o.O;; A shame too, there were some nice ones of the mario bros, link, Robotnik with a yoyo and the main cast of Sonic playing Guitar Hero.) And even some Brand new Doodles! =O

MFW RP Crim changed colours a lot recently. All due to pranks. Since he was split into three clones at the time as well, when they got re-united... well... it wasn't pretty.
