So here's an idea I was bouncing around in the Chat room tonight and I thought "Well Rei, you've got nothing better to do with 'em"
Here's the thought train: As an experiment before I start this art course this September I've been drawing out my dreams. Nothing huge, detailed or time consuming, just a wee doddle encompassing what happened and the accompanying explanation. It means that I have something already in my head so it doesn't get monotonous or feel as though I'm forcing it into existance. Plus I can be virtually guaranteed to have new material every other day. Nifty huh?
THUS we come to the purpose of this thread! Here I shall be posting up what ever I've scribbled in from dreams, AND YOU SHOULD TOO!
TOTALY OPEN THREAD PEOPLE!
It dose not need to be interesting or make sense to yourself. It can be anything that bubbled to the surface of your Psyche during your visit to the realm of Morphius. Doesn't matter if you think its boring or if you have the same one as someone else, just draw what was there. in fact that just makes it more interesting to see where the comparisons lay. I don't care if its stick figures or a work of Picasso, doodle your dreams and set them FREEEE!
This is a really neat idea, IMO^^ It's really interesting how creative (and/or just plain random 
) the mind can be when it comes to having dreams.
I sometimes have dreams that I want to try to draw (or at least sketch) certain scenes from, so perhaps I'll join in on this. *wants to, just depends on whether or not I can actually make the sketches to post!*

Got another weird one on the way, have you ever had one where you kinda go back to something you remember from childhood but you kinda have control? Like an episode of sesame-street or something? Those are fun!

Dunno if I've ever had dreams about a particular episode of a TV show, since I can't recall any offhand. I have had quite a few dreams with characters or other elements from childhood shows, though, such as Power Rangers, Scooby-Doo, and even one that had some giant wind-up-like contraption (though not resembling a castle) that played the tune of the theme song from Eureeka's Castle!
Unfortunately (? -- I suppose there could be worse things to dream about^^; ), many of my dreams nowadays either take place at or have something to do with school, though even those can sometimes incorporate some neat plot or ability (such as being able to fly^^). It's those kind of dreams -- ones with fantastical adventures/abilities/creatures/stories -- that I usually enjoy the most, and am most likely to want to keep record of in some shape or form. That said, let's see what I can do!
08/08/2010: Was back at a summer camp travel group that I attended when I was little. We went to go visit an amusement park, only to discover that it had been completely submerged under water! Only the highest parts of roller coasters or other tall rides were visible from the surface. The park staff offered to let us explore the park with rowboats (and had even made a little water-ride for such), which we did for a bit before regrouping and trying to figure out what else we could do for the overnight trip.
08/09/10: Crazy dream about two groups of aliens, and having to stop the bad ones from taking over/destroying the world (wasn't really sure what they were trying to do, just that it wasn't good whatever it was!). The bad group of aliens were disguised as humans, and could capture and take control of actual humans to help their cause. The good group of aliens had green skin and features (such as pointy ears) that resembled those of Yoda from Star Wars, and I ended up finding and teaming up with them to try to stop the bad aliens and free the people they had under their control. Part of the dream involved having to escape from a building that I had been trapped in along with a group of friends. Unfortunately, we got separated and some of my friends ended up getting captured and taken control of by the bad group of aliens, so I had to be careful around them as well while trying to find a way out.
08/10/10: Just some random school dream involving a math/science-type course, so didn't draw a picture for that.
...And that's what I have for now^^; Been forever since I've drawn stick figures, but wanted to keep the sketches quick and simple, so ah well XD;; Also, my scanner doesn't seem to like this computer, so I used a digital camera to take pictures of the sketches instead.

Here's one I had from several days ago:
08/14/2010:
The dream basically involved a problem aboard a starship that had Riker
(from Star Trek: TNG) as its captain.
Some villain character attacked by sending a bunch of these little
spherical robot creatures onto the ship.
The bots themselves were harmless (perhaps even friendly); however,
whenever one appeared, it created some sort of anomaly that resulted in an orb
of super-hot plasma appearing nearby.
The bots weren't harmed by the plasma, but the ship was, and Riker had
to figure out how to get the bots to leave the ship (and take their plasma with
them) before it completely melted/burned away!
Ooookay so that last post disappeared? Nm, I'll just have to re-post.
I love the stories your mind seems to come up with Ariky! Have you ever considered getting into the script writing scene? You could make a fortune hun

12/08/10: Wasn't sure about posting this one. It wasn't particularly a nightmare as such, more of grotesque intrigue. Still, art is art and you have to take the good with the bad when it comes to inspiration.
Last night I dreamt that a cow, who's udder brimmed with milk, was killed
by a horse that I had rented for the day. It was not a nice dream....
Though at least it was at the beach.
Last night I dreamt that I was having an Intelligent argument with my younger Self.
Myself was pulling random long words from the oxford dictionary,
And I was referencing Greys Anatomy for obscure body parts.
Last night I dreamt that I was at a party, where they were barbecuing famous buildings.
Most of them were the tall kind like the Jin-Mao tower. Oh and they still had people inside.
When I asked the chef why he'd left them in, the answer he provided was " Protean!"
XD I actually had a dream that was similar to that sunken-amusement-park one! XD with parts of the roller coaster sticking out of the water just like yours! XD I forget when it was though. Wouldn't it have been funny/creepy if it was on the same date? XD;
