I was having a hard time finding anything that said specifically that children must be 13 or up to use the Internet - the point of the law seems to provide extra protection for children under 13 who use the Internet, including restricting the amount of info that websites (especially those geared specifically for children) can gather from them. That seems to be the point here.
That said, EZboard probably doesn't want to deal with it because they know some people make boards dedicated to porn or other filth, and they don't want to be legally responsible for this act, so they just make it so you "have to be" 13 to log on.
That's not what I meant. I was saying individuals under 13 were not allowed to give information about themselves on the internet until they had reached the age of 13. But I could be mistaken. This is EZboard, and not gamefaqs, yes, I do realize that. It just seems to me that it would be appropriate that individuals be at or over 13 to gain access to an account.
I guess Gamefaqs is just a lot stricter on it's age restriction policy than we are.
But when I say instantly, I mean it. I've seen people claim that they were under 13 as a joke, and get banned not even one minute later.
I guess I just take this kind of thing more seriously, especially when you have HPA roaming the boards. >_>

I don't think that law you just mentioned exists; closest thing I can come up with is what I just presented to you. And it also doesn't make sense for a law of under-13-year-olds to not give information out at all because you have to register for just about any kids' online site. Neopets and countless other websites deal directly with children who are under the age of 13; so the fact they haven't been shut down yet indicates that they are not illegal.
If you have a complaint about another member of the board breaking rules, then EVC is the place to make it - but if you can't reasonably show that HPA has broken the rules, then don't make sideways comments about him in threads like this. You could also approach him in PM and let him know your feelings.
EDIT: Don't worry about banning this particular person; either LWSrocks will come back and be a good forumer, or he'll break the rules and we'll ban him again. Either way, EVC is the better place to discuss that particular topic if it continues to be a problem.
I have been gone for a while. I am SO glad this topic was'nt closed! I am sorry for what i did that got me banned and other verious things, and Tergonaut, i WILL be a good forumer. but sorry "SX The Kitsune" but i will not be continuing the S.W.A.T.B.O.T. stuff. Prologue: Princess Elise is the ruler of Soleanna. When her father died, she had captured the Flames of Disaster which would be unleashed if she cried.
Eggman, had learned about this powerful weapon and attempted to kidnap Princess Elise. But luckily Sonic was there to save her.

MAN! This topic has been going OFF topic for days and weeks, and, and possibly months. Ill just enter the first chapter of "Sonic and the Flames of Disaster."
Chapter 1: "The Sun Festival"
Princess Elise was the ruler of Soleanna. after her father's death, Elise took control over a dark power that would be unleashed by her tears. They were the Flames of Disaster.
Eggman had later found out about this strange power. He stalked it for years. This all leads to,
The Sun Festival.
Princess Elise took the stage as the crowd cheered on and on. She began to say "I'm Getting Married." For this meant that she would no longer be "Princess" Elise, but would be "Queen" Elise.
Eggman had been watching above with cameras and sattelites. After the Prince took the stage, Eggman thought that now would be the perfect time to drop in.
"Hello my PRINCESS. I beleive YOU have something that I want. Realease the SWATBOTS!" Yelled a very angry Eggman. An Army of Robots marched out on to the scene as a frightening site to Eggman became visible. It was SONIC. He winked at Elise and Zoomed in to action.

Well, as i explained in another post, i will be entering the second chapter as an edit on this one.
So here we go!
Chapter 2: "The Big Bad Battle"
Sonic's trusty Homing Attack allowed him to eliminate multiple enemies at the same time, and he had destroyed 5 of them at the speed of light!
Swatbots circled the poor princess and threatened for her necklace. With Eggman having site of the whole thing, it was clear he was angry at either Sonic destroying his Swatbots, or the Swatbots losing to Sonic. (Oh wait theyre both the same!)
While Sonic and possibly the Princess were fighting off the Robots, another set of Swatbots were making theyre way into the city and Sonic needed away to cover both of them at the same time!
Chapter 3 is here. Enjoy!
Chapter 3: "The Kidnapping"
Eggman left during the battle but continued to watch. Sonic zoomed away. The Prince began to think there was something between Elise and Sonic. "Geuss you have a better taste in hedgehogs then you do men." Said The Prince angrily.
"What do you mean?" Replied Elise. "IS THERE SOMETHING YOUR NOT TELLING ME!?" Asked The Prince. "No!" Replied Elise. "Cuz were over." The prince said.
She began to cry. And in many ways, this would be the worst day ever in Soleanna.
Chapter 4: "Return of the SWATBOTS"
Sonic had remembered he Was'nt on Mobius, he was on Soleanna. That was when he recieved a call from Tails. "Sonic! You have to get back! Some creep named Eggman Nega has attacked Mobius!" Sonic knew he had to foil Eggman first.
Sonic ran as fast as possible. Because he was blasting through them, he could'nt notice there were Swatbots on the feild.
Sonic stopped for a second. Then he heard a voice. "Hold on to this for me!" A few seconds later a chaos emerald fell into his hand. And he turned around to see that he was
RIGHT IN FRONT OF EGGMAN'S LAIR.
Sonic zoomed inside. "What's going on!" He yelled. he turned around and saw Elise wrapped up. Sonic looked in to the Emerald. He began to see a white hedgehog in a futuristic backround.
Chapter 5: "Silver the hedgehog"
Sonic had used the emerald to freeze time. He began to gaze into the Chaos Emerald. He saw the white hedgehog in the future. He was in front of a futuristic castle. Then he saw himself, Destroying the castle. Then the white hedgehog was in the past, RIGHT IN FRONT OF EGGMAN'S LAIR. As time unfrose, Sonic saw the same white hedgehog standing right outside.
Then a strange Egg-shape came out. But it only resembled Eggman by shape. It's moustache was white, his clothes were black, and other changes. He was "Eggman Nega."
The white hedgehog began to say, "Come on Eggman N." Sonic thought they new each other. The two dazed off and Sonic cut the ropes that were strangling Elise.
Chapter 6: "The Iblis Trigger"
Silver's quest was to:
#1: Capture Sonic
#2: Bring Eggman Nega back to the future
And,
#3. FIND THE IBLIS TRIGGER.
One half of Soleanna is powered by a creature named Iblis. His weapon, the Iblis trigger, has power far beyond any weapon. If Silver could harness this power, he would be able to successfully capture Sonic.
But the other half, is being ruled "Down in to the ground" by the conscious mind of Soleanna.
MEPHILES THE DARK. The only way for silver to get to where Iblis is, he will half to pass the entire half where creatures invade, where darkness and sorrow is taking over. But something no one knows yet, is that scince Elise cried, (Because of the prince leaving) The Flames of Disaster are taking over Iblis' side.

Actually a lot of writers don't work with an outline. Some do just have a beginning and a slight inkling of an ending and just go from there. Rewriting is to just wrap it all up in a nice package...
I think that when you start with no idea of what you're going to do along the way you're more likely to end up with a sprawling Steven King-esque mess than with Lord of the Rings.
Well, some of my fanfiction i do plan out, like my (Coming Soon) Master Peanut comedy fanfic. But some i dont. Im a really messy writer, AND messy eater! (Sorry, just went tottally off topic for a moment) But, Later today i will write Chapter 3 for "SONIC and the Flames of Disaster" but look for it as another edit in the first chapter.

I tend to plan out the general events - Who are the characters? What are their goals? What significant things happen in the course of the plot? What is the plot about? Does the story have a central theme or moral? How does it end? - and leave the details - Specific wording of scenes, which scene goes where, who fulfills what purpose - I tend to do as I go along.
Starting August 1st you will find a chapter of "Master Peanut" every month! Its not related to Sonic but i hope you enjoy it! heres a sample Plot to get started.
Prologue: A young, smmart, kid named Jimmy, has just built an invention that will bring his most beloved creaions to life. But a new ememy is rising. Now Jimmy must rely on the help of the must unlikely "Soon-To-Be" heroes.

That's not a prologue, that's two sentences of description.
Also, your story really isn't making much sense to me. I may not have played or seen much of Sonic 2k6, but I'm pretty sure Soleanna is the name of a country and not a planet. Also, your chapters are too short. They seem more like short summaries instead. The characters seem like they've just been randomly tossed about and suddenly appear with no introduction.
For future reference, try to make your chapters longer, and flesh them out a little more as well. One of the major problems I've seen in your writing is that you're pushing things too fast. Slow it down a bit, but not too much; you don't want the plot to crawl at a snail's pace.

When did Iblis actually take over Soleanna? And isn't Silver supposed to find and kill Sonic because the thinks the blue blur is the Iblis Trigger?

Well, I Dont have Sonic next-gen and all i knew is that Silver is after Sonic and the Iblis trigger. And Silver is after Sonic because Silver found out that Sonic would take over Silver's future kingdom. (Sorry, did'nt explain that very well in the story!)
The "Trigger" part of "Iblis TRIGGER" i thought that it was a weapon. (Though i also knew Iblis was a character in the game.)
I dont beleive Iblis Doestake over the world, i thought that he was a good guy and Mephiles was bad. Anyways I dont want to do stuff EXACTLY like my inspiration, i ussually do add my own twist to it. So if Iblis is a bad guy, I want to make him a good guy here.

The Iblis Trigger is Sonic.
Iblis itself was sealed inside of Princess Elise thanks to things which happen in the past during Shadow/Silver's storyline. If she sheds a single tear then Iblis will be released from her body.
Sonic triggers that event, hence "Iblis Trigger" during the final story where Mephilies shoots him in the back, killing him. This causes Elise to cry and the world is more or less destroyed, hence Silver's future.
Fortunately, in the game you have the 7 Chaos Emeralds, Sonic is ressurected and all the Super hedgehogs kick butt, save the day etc etc.
So... Iblis Trigger is not a weapon or object or anything. It's just what Silver calls Sonic because he causes Iblis to be freed which destroys the world.
I Guess maybe i'll just stop the "Sonic and the Flames of Disaster" thing. (Or maybe i'll say, "It is the disaster!") Because i tryed to make this with just my little knowledge of Sonic Next-Gen so maybe i'll ditch this one until i know more about it. (And it also might get people a little more excited about "Master Peanut" if there is no currently going fanfic!)

MASTER PEANUT: EPSODE 1: THE ARRIVAL!
Part 1: In a small house at 23 Foster's corner, There lived a family known as, The Kintobor family. Jimmy Kintobor, the science wiz and computer genius, was working on a specail project.
It was 8:30 at night. Jimmy was in his small bedroom working on his specail project, The DreamCast. (No, Not Sega Dreamcast!) You put on the sleeping mask thats hooked up to the machine, and your dreams (ONLY THE GOOD ONES) would come to life.
Mrs. Kintober tip-toed into Jimmy's room as he continued on the DreamCast. She turned off the lights and uttered, "Nighty Night, Sleep Tight!" Jimmy had two masks and one that was hooked up to the DreamCast. He slipped into bed and grabbed the one hooked up to the DreamCast.
He began to think of anthramorphic animals. One was a pink rabbit named Ms. Dizzymash, One was a pink mouse named Sparklemuffin, one was a blue mouse named Peanut, and one was a green mouse named HulaHoffer.
He woke up at 6:00 that saturday morning. He was excited that scince monday was a holiday, he had 3 days in a row of no school. He went downstairs tot the kitchen and said quietly, "Mom?" But when he went in, he saw a pink rabbit cooking eggs. He fainted.
He was picked up by a green mouse who carried him to his room. The mouse began smacking him. He woke up and immediatly yelled, "AAAAHHHH!" and woke the entire rest of the family up. He ran as fast as possible and kicked all the anthramorphic animals out of his house.
Part 2: The green mouse began to act drammatically as he climbed into the sandbox and swung his face down yelling "Noooooo!"
The blue mouse sat by a tree and put on his "Pouty Face."
The pink rabbit began to play slap hands with the pink mouse.
Then Jimmy had told his parents "False Alarm!" and they went back to bed angrily.
Jimmy opened his door and whispered "Come in" and then they all went into the kitchen. "What is all this about?" Jimmy asked angrily. "I-I D-Dont know!" Everyone paused and Jimmy ran up to his room. He fouind that he used the DreamCast mask and said to himself, "Phew! I must be seeing things! It was never tested, and possibly did something to my brain."

Dr. Eggman had a malicious plan to capture all the power and electricity from Mobius. He built a computer that would drain all the power from the user's source. It would destroy the computer, but the power would be given to Eggman and he could build a smarter, faster, stronger, robot that could possibly take down Sonic.
(One year later), Eggman's product was released to the market. Tails and Sonic went shopping to find a computer Tails could use, to build the "X-Tornado". Sonic and Tails split up in search of the right PC. Sonic found one called the "Omelette-4000". It had internet access, Spam-blocker, calculator, Video-games, but what wasn't advertised was a new feature,
POWER-DRAINER!
Tails arrived in the isle. Tails read the sign that had all the features listed and said loudly, "That's PERFECT Sonic!" Sonic looked down at Tails and smiled. Sonic and Tails arrived back at Sonic HQ, and showed the computer to the rest of the Freedom Fighters. "Omellete-4000? Doesn't that name sound a little odd to you?" Amy asked. "Hmm. Your right." Answered Sonic. They turned it on. "Lets test drive this baby!" Said Sonic.
All they could see was a purple background, a small picture of Sonic on the bottom right-hand corner, about to be squashed by a robot. They knew something was wrong.
