Please don't triple post. The least you can do is edit your posts and put a "division line" between each of them. Know what I mean?

double-posting with new chapters is usually allowed, as it helps break up the story if it's one of the longer kinds.

Posting three times just to bump the topic up is not allowed, LWS. Wait until your next update, THEN post in the thread. Quit it before you head towards a fresh new warning.

Do you mean one of those? ^ Type <hr> and make sure your have HTML formatting selected.

If you mean division as in math, just use / o.o

Well, I geuss i will do that next time. Anyways, I am making a Mofic called Mobius Forum Adventures. Anyone who wants to be in ask me. But the characters I have already planned rolls and scenes for are:

LWSrocks (me!)
Chibibecca
Tergonaut
Rabid Rodent (maybe.)
Veckums (maybe.)

LWS, not to pop your bubble or anything, but it's important that you have permission to use someone else's character before you use them in a fic. That way you don't get people upset at you for using their character without their knowledge. So you should contact the owners of the characters you want to use, and ask them for permission.

That said, you have my permission to use my character Tergonaut. Please contact me if there are any details that you want to know about him. I am interested in seeing what becomes of this.

i'm listed there and you haven't asked my permission yet. ^^; i'm afraid i can't say yes until i get to see what exactly you're planning.

Well its mainly about:

LWS is the author of many books.

Tergonaut is the evil robot who wants to stop LWS from writing cause he is stealing fame from other authors.

Chibibecca is the reader of LWS' works but doesnt like them and Tergonaut hires her to help him destroy LWS.

So LWS becomes not only a simple author, but along the way he learns how to fight and he is a CRIME FIGHTING AUTHOR!!!

I didnt mean to flatter myself when saying i was "Stealing Fame" from other authors, and Chibibecca, If you DO like my works, then I didnt mean to make it look like you didnt, or, well, GAH!

I doubt anyone would give you permission to openly demonise them to make yourself look good.

I mean... how would you like anyone writing a story about you being a lackey hired to keep topics at the top of Carni Isle by making useless comments and editting them when the mods aren't looking?

Not nice, huh?

What Craig said. It's an interesting idea for a plot, but why use the names and characters of established MoFoers? Including characters that are obviously based on other people and painting them in a bad light is likely to make people upset: not just the people the characters are based on, but their friends as well. I'd advise against it. Besides, making up your own characters is potentially more fun and gives your more flexibility in your story.

Also, while using yourself as a main character is an easy way to start off as an author (after all, most people know themselves pretty well), I'd recommend against it in the long run. While an extremely good author can make it work, most people find it unoriginal and off-putting and it can cause writing problems or lower the quality of your work because it's hard to resist the temptation to make yourself spectacularly wonderful in every way - such a character is known as a "Mary Sue" (or a similar name for male characters like Marty Stu or Gary Stu) - which makes for a boring story. Once again, it's better to come up with ideas from scratch. That way you're more likely to give your characters weaknesses, flaws or defects that they must work to over come, since you don't have the same attachment to them initially that you do to yourself.

when did i ever say that i disliked them?

you may have gotten a negative impression of me due to my job here. yes, i tell you off when you break the rules, bump, spam and etc.. it's my job, i say the same to anyone else who breaks the rules. it doesn't mean i have some dislike to you or your work.

and seeing your story plan, i really don't think it would be a good idea for reasons already said by craig and nutch. i think it would be better if you tried to focus on the plots you have already.
i know you're eager and have lots of ideas, but quality is what often counts, not quantity. work with what you have already, make it the best that you can do. ^^

Well, sorry. I will just stick to my own stuff, and I'm sorry if I did give anyone the wrong impression about you mod peoples by reading my short sample/plot/thingy/dontknowwhatitis thingymajigger.

But I'm now going to be off for a while cause 1, movers are packing out my computers soon. 2, becaues Middle School Musical 2 releases in 2 days at 8:00 in the afternoon.
