Thanks! I felt most self-conscious about the ice, 'cause... well, after six layers, it still wasn't looking right so I said "screw it" and left it as is. **nods** As for why there's a sparkle in her hair, I used predesigned sparkle brushes and that one happened to extend that way a bit too much. And because erasing was potentially hazardous to the sparkles that worked, I just left it. Besides, glitter can get in the hair. 😀
Corel Painter, huh? **nods** I used that once or twice, but just couldn't get the hang of it. I've used Photoshop for years, so I'm drawn to that one.

I am sooooo glad this beast is finally finished. XD I think total, including all the messing around with the vintage photo qualities brought this to 18 hours, with maybe 130 layers to it. Cari and Lee are the (self-proclaimed) most adorable couple ever. Tamara, Cari's sister, and Stressed, Lee's best friend, are the people of honor. And the priest is kind of nonexistent outside of this picture. In some ways I love the colored pic 'cause I think it's the first well-done Photoshop pic I've ever done of Tamara, the first Photoshopped pic ever of Lee, and Cari and Stressed are just snazzy in multiple ways.

Funnily enough a friend of mine has told me I look like Nathan Explosion. And another friend reckons I look a bit like Corpsegrinder, who is pretty much the spitting image of Nathan Explosion (well, technically the other way round but y'know). Unfortunately neither comparison is entirely accurate as I am not six foot a gajillion tall and lack a neck that is wider than my head.

Wow, how in the world did I miss this? Deck, that painting is beautiful ^^ I honestly didn't realize you were this talented until this thread came about. Excellent work! I especially love your attention to detail when using the watercolors, as they're one of the most difficult mediums to work with, second only to oil paints in my opinion. But anyway. If I could give you one little critique for the future, really accenting and bringing out the shadows will give depth like no other. I realize that's really hard when using watercolors, so no worries about that. Just a future thought. ^^
Again, excellent work and I can't wait to see what else you've got to offer. 
In the meantime, I've finished a new picture. The background is shoddy and half-baked, but I hope the rest of the picture makes up for that..

OOH OOH also an injoke about OTB's visit to NYC. A few guys have done this injoke in their own ways, but it's up to them if they want to post them. Deck, Saff, and if you look really carefully Steeb and Bub. Basically Dane destroys Wall st.

The biker is of course yourself. In the Navy we have Diana the Cat and DarkwingUK (drawn from my memory of her so probably totally inaccurate). Rodies are Albino Rapper on the speaker shifting duty, and SSC on basic nattering. Graffitied on are MS, Astrid and Ashide Bunny. Mokat is apparently manufacturing speakers and Sailor Unicron is making a living as a stage.

Furry/anthro type drawings and art is as imaginative as saying that my "red Sonic" recolor is imaginative. I mean, yes, it takes any sort of talent to even think something as simple like that and make it look good, but original imagination it is not. 😛
I'm not saying there ISN'T any form of "original" and imaginative "furry art" out there. I'm just saying it's hard to spot them since the internet is full of Sonic/Disney/WB/Name Other Famous Productions Here styled art. Not that it's a bad thing, mind you. I love drawing that crap. I'm just saying... with this, "imagination" isn't a word I'd use. ;P
