Awesome artwork, Mega!

I really like your style. It reminds me a lot of the style used in the early US Sonic cartoons. Which of course, I like.

Gee thanks. ^_^ I actually do base my style on that of SatAM SOnic... as it was my first and favorite continuity. Anyway, I have two new piccies.
A male DUlcy. This was actually a contest entry for a contest at FUS to draw SatAM characetrs as the opposite gender. XD I saw that no one had done DUlcy, so I decided to do a piccy.
My most recent pic of Mega. I was bored and decided to do a pic of Mega. I tried to fill in any white spots and I think I did a pretty good job.

They were pretty hard to make, but I am quite proud of them.

I tried to make his robotic parts appear metallic when coloring him.

I attepted to make him appear to have scales.

I absolutely LOATHE the SatAM art style, but, that's nothing to do with your skills, so whatever.

About Mega...you might want to consider lowering his palette. It's a pain to look at him cos he's so colourful. You seem pretty good at hand-blending, so why not make his eyes a true, blended rainbow instead? Although...That might actually make it worse. I just like rainbows.

Another thing would be the bright colours. How many characters do you see with full saturation all over? Exactly. I think you should tone him down a bit. Make his red darker, his lime a little darker...I dunno. It just looks like you put paintballs up your nostrils and sneezed on Sonic. {no offense, of course. constructive crit here.}

comparing these to your earlier sprites and drawings, you've shown definate improvement. keep it up! ^^

what i suggest for you to keep on working at is your poses and things such as the postition of their feet. mega's feet look somehow uncomfortable pressed together like that.

Heh, I think Male Dulcy looks a lot better than the real Dulcy did on the show. The pixel art is quite good (though a tad bright). Nice work there.

Thanks for the comments. ^_^ Anyway, I tried to blend Mega's eye colors and darkened the red as well.

For the blended colors I still used the pink because the red on the palette didn't look right, and Mega has always had pink in his eyes. So...uh what to do you guys think? XD
Also, here are some other PAs of mine....

This is X Allpha, a reptillian robot from Mega's world. He is by far the hardest piece I've ever made due to his size and design. His had sorta looks like a cactus, but taht's just one of his weapons.

ANd here is Blade the stoat. For those who don't know what a stoat is, google it. XP As you can see, I used teh same type of shading on him as what I did to Mega.. just I shaded hsi eyes as well.

For thsoe of you who remember my character Night, here is his new design. He no long has two fox tails, but three different ones instead. And he also wears clothes now. He was originally inteded to have chains on his gloves too, but they were too hard to make.

Some of you may also remember Rage. Well he's been redesigned as well and is no longer a tiger, but instead, he's a hybridized wilf cat with panther, cheatah, lion, and tiger DNA. The stripes are from the tigrer DNA, the spots from the cheatah, the tail from the lion, and the black fur from the panther.. and I kept the red because I like black and red. One thing never changed though, and that's his DNAaltering blaster. Also if you notice, the symbol on his shirt is an upside down version of the one on Mega's head. This is due to the fact taht he's Mega's rival.

FInally, this is Streak the cat.. one of my lesser known fan characters. This is a redesign of an old edit that can be found in my old topic. Well taht's all for now.

i don't have the time to comment on your other pictures, but mega's eyes look far better blended like that.

but somehow you lost the curve of his eye when you blended it, there's a wobble at the top of his eye, which stands out even more as it's right next to your avatar where the eye has a rounded shape to it.
(unless you did it deliberately)

WHEEEEEEE! NEw art.

This is some un named hydra character. I know his hands look odd, but tehy're meant to be heads/glove thignies. Actual heads didn't look right. >_<

ANd finally, an alternate form of Mega himself.

I got the idea for this PA when Redeye(SS) dared me to do a dragon Mega pic. I liked the design and decided to have it as an alternate form. The resaon why he has this form is due to teh fact that X Alpha added some dragon DNA to him when he was beign experimented on. This is also why he has fire powers and likes dragons so much. The form is triggered by a strange flower from his world.
