could i please know a website etc where i can download mp3 versions of open your heart and sonic heroes theme song legally thx
By legally, do you mean you're willing to pay cash for them? Because unless you do, it ain't legal.
untrue if the website got permission by the owner then they are allowed to. even sonic hq do it.
You'll note that Sonic HQ only hosts fan-made MIDI files. The chances of Crush 40 losing their main demographic (Ie: Sonic fans) for the sales of their album by allowing free distribution of tracks from their debut album would be pretty slim.
If you wish to go to a site which has them anyway, I suggest hunting for Shadow of a Hedgehog, however the Mobius Forum does not condone piracy blah blah blah. You know the drill.

We allow Sonic and Mega Man MP3 downloads, Craig.
Thats kinda stupid, it's pirating just the same as if it was a song by lets say any other artist. I smell hypocrisy.
Gee, Hypocrisy? I don't.
What exactly is the hypocrisy on allowing Sonc- and Megaman- related files on a message board for *Gasp* a Sonic/Megaman Website?
i need something thats quick, simple, legal, mp3 song there was only one mp3 file on sonicHQ and that was Live and Learn which i dl. i would like openupyourheart for my PSP which can only play mp3's and i am on my psp now because it has internet. and nothing where i have too be a member. your version will be fine.

legal
Just so that you know, unless you have the soundtrack and rip it from the soundtrack iteslf OR go to one of those websites that you pay to d/l music, it's not considered legal in the U.S.

Which hypocrisy is greater to you: Allowing "piracy" on the message board that the website actually participates in by having its own music d/l section OR saying that no piracy is allowed on the message board yet having mp3s/ra etc. files on the website? My choice was the latter is much more hypocritical than the former.
Point taken.
