I made this little guy about two summers ago, and it took me about two months to complete. I based his design and color scheme (and name) off of a chao I had in SA2 Battle. I used a white sweatshirt for the the head with a rubberfoam ball inside to keep it round. Then for the body, I used part of an old sweater and sewed two strips of sweatshirt material on either side so that it would stay in shape. The arms and feet probably took me the most time, as I had to sew them on by hand, resulting in a lot of problems with getting them stay attached propperly. ( If you look closely you can see that they still didn't come out that great...)
But despite the hard work, the dissapointments, and the countless profanity-inducing finger injuries, it sure was worth the trouble ;]
And now, without further ado, I give you... Zippy!

Zippy's a broken image?
Your codes asplode.
Thanks for the comment!
Actually I have sewn a bunch of things like plushies or toys in the past, but since I was younger and had less experience they weren't really good enough to post on the internet.
Anyway I really appreciate your help with the image links, Shadowed Spirit Sage I'm not sure why they didn't show. It took me forever to figure out how to get the codes to work... is there some kind of help section for image displaying?
Oooh... It's so totally adorable!
You're very good! =D
Hot.
Glad you like it! I haven't shown this plushie to many of my friends because the majority of them have no idea what a chao is, so it's nice to get some positive remarks on it.
looks pretty good
