I think she looks toned and sexy. She has hardly any serious muscle definition, and most women aren't made to be pencil thin. I don't see anything wrong with it.

Well, I think she looks man-ish, and that if you drew the pants an inch lower it would, well, you know, prove me wrong.

i don't know anything of the character, but she looks female to me. the only 'manly' seeming part is possibly her right (our left) arm, but that just looks bigger due to perspective. the hands seem a bit big, unless that's a personal style sort of thing.
