I didn't watch it (mainly because I can't be bothered to download that Google Vide Player thing), but judging by the screenshot type things on the front page it's combined footage from Sonic Heroes and a custom Sonic skin for the PC version of Halo.

well, the video shows Sonic is Eggman's hovercraft & in the X-Tornado (forgot what it's other name's called - on that one, being shot at) shooting at.... er, another Sonic!!

Also other in-game footage shows Sonic (although in FPS mode you see some arms with what looks like a leather jacket and black gloves) walking around attacking what could be Sonic clones! You start to see Sonic bodies lying around o.o

Hmm...I installed it. The inital footage is from Sonic Robo Blast 2. The footage following is a heavily edited version of Halo, like I said - I presume the Tornado is a re-skinned Banshee, as is the later Eggmobile, but the turrets I'm not entirely sure about. The map they were on was Blood Gulch (hence the title), with some texture edits (which are pretty poor in comparison to the originals >>). The gloves where the result of an apparent inability to change the textures while in first person view - that was the armour of Master Chief, the main character of Halo, if you were unaware, but how they managed to get him to punch while weaponless I don't know.
