i presume when we move this means that all bans are off? but if you see someone with the name sonic rules (or anyone else banned on ez), are u guys going to immediately slap a ban on their arse or are u going to give them another chance?

I guess in the end it comes down to choice. Presumably the bans'll be passed over if the user decides to drop in and hasn't shaped up at all...personally I'd not transfer any of the bans, and if the user decides to come back and they ain't too bad any more let 'em off unless they start acting up again. That said, it's up to the admins in the end, so I guess it's down to how merciful they're feeling. =P
All users banned from the MoFo are banned from all parts of it. This means every user banned from the ezboard portion of the MoFo (the main part) who has an account on the eliteboard or flashchat partitions has their account banned there as well.
Are you kidding. Do you KNOW how hard it is to get a permaban from this place. You have to be a complete moron to get that. It pretty hard to get banned once, let alone permaed.
If someone that did get the axe years ago really wanted it they could talk with the admins through PMs to see if there was a chance of them being let back on.

Might it be an idea to have some kind of note on a person's post if they get a warning? You know, something like a little red spot under the avvie or something...and five spots = temp ban...10 spots = longer ban...15 = perma...or something?

We had a similar idea from HSW on the 1337board not too long ago...I'm sure Vec'll look into the possibility, seeing as it seems to be commonly thought as a good'n, but you're better off posting it on the Eliteboard EVC if you want it noticed.
If its possible, I'd be all for it. I know we have several that are on their 7th or 8th warning without so much as a temp ban or a slap on the wrist.
