Ok, the rules are as follows.
1. Title must abide by all board rules, even the ones people lawyer around.
2. If you change your title too often, I'll ignore your title requests till I think you should be able to change it; or just Bastardize the request.
3. If you make a request that I consider in poor taste, i.e. vulgar or inflammatory, I will alter it as I see fit (READ: Bastardize the request).
4. I don't accept descriptions, give me the actual code you want because I am just going to C&P it to your title. Nothing else. If you want to say thanks, do it on a separate line. Post in plain text and turn off "convert URL links" to do this easily.
5. Trying to lawyer around these rules will result in your custom title being removed and a one year suspension of custom title privileges.
6. Anything else I forgot.

This isn't a CT request, but with regards Shadow Hog's custom title, have you tried typing " into the custom title box instead of just plain quotation marks? It's a silly reason for the problem, but not impossible.
