Presuming you mean your public profile, you wanna be clicking the Control Center link at the top, near the login/logout links, and then going onto Edit Profile near the top of that page.

You must mean your custom signature. Go to your Control Center and click on 'Account Preferences' near 'Edit Profile'. There's a field where you can input your sig further down; you can use plain text, or ezCodes if you want to use images.

It's all in the control center dude... o.o Under accout preferences I think. It'l labelled as custom signature.

How do i make a picture that goes under the Username and custom title.
Go to 'My Control Center'.
Go to 'Edit Profile'.
There will be a blank field called 'User Photo'. It should be first under the 'Personal Info' list. Insert the URL of the pic you want, save the settings, and presto!
And the custom title's pretty obvious. We have stickies for a reason.
Do i have to be a global user too use ezcodes(custom images)?
And if so can i upgrade my account to a grobal user instead of a local user?
Global or local has nothing to do with it. Everyone can use ezCodes, but if you want to use HTML in your sig, then you'll need to be an ezSupporter.
Oh, and if you're planning to use that pic in your sig, I suggest you make it a little smaller.

It's impossible to upgrade from local to global. Just make a new account fitting the specifications you'd like.
You can terminate yoru account under your Control Center, like everything else you've asked about in here. o.o If you have another question dealing with customizing your account, please refer to the Control Center first.
