For some reason when I clicked on the news page it brought up something for me to downloaded when the page finished loading tried it a couple of times to make sure that was the problem just thought I'd bring you up to speed on it.
What browser are you using?
What are your settings?
I wanted to ask you this so I can replicate the problem. I don't have it or it's probably fixed.

Still there, I just use IE 6.0. No tool bars or anything and my settings are pretty much default.
