The index page works, but when I click on the link to enter the HQ everything screws up...
The bar along the top loads, giving me a list of directives, but as the page tries to load the update announcements and whatever further down thepage a message pops up reading:
Could not find page...
Operation aborted
Wont work for ANY page beyond newsite, everything just gets stuck...
It started yesterday and i assumed it was just a server glitch, but it's still happening today.
Anyone any clue why this is happening to me?

...In seriousness. I tried with FF instead of IE, and it works. It works for THS and while he's a UKian he always uses FF.
Soooo, it looks like it's an IE problem. Try using Firefox or something else if, like I assume, you're currently using IE.
So any chance of me installing a different Intetnet browser are slightly lower than zero...

I did check it out in IE, mind - while some sites still worked, it refused to load up the news section. So it might not be completely area orientated. We really need more people to test it out, though.
Never had THIS error before. I'll research it but I assume something done to the site is not compatible with microsoft. And barring something on it do something worse to the rest of this microsoft machine by opening it in FF, I'll just not go it till the problem is resolved.

Well the last news update was made on Thursday (doesn't say a time. >>), and it's the News page that killed it on IE for me, so maybe that's it.
In other news, *switches accounts*.
Who updated on thuursday, I was about to upload the final Sonic Underground edit onto Sonic HQ when suddenly everything stopped working..

The only thing with a date on Thursday is a news article, and I don't think it had been approved until Friday. I don't think there were any updates on Thursday really.

What do you know, at 9. 25 this morning it didn't load...
At 11. 15 it did 
Site is now fully operational again for me, although still loads slower than most other Internet sites.

Is there a reason hy J Swiftrunner, true Red and, untill a few minutes ago Ron have a black Bground for their avatar pics, oh, and I'm loving Rons cute face thingie that's up instead...
I don't know what you are talking about Swift. Some of the avatars for the staff have a slightly darker background but not black...you sure you haven't had too many drinks from the tavern?
Oh and it loads fine for me as well...maybe you're just cursed...
No, any ammount of refreshing doesnt change it..
True Red and J Swifty seem to have black avatar backgrounds, like those used in the Shadow theme, everyone else has the same usual grey copy of themself over white except Ron Power who has a relaly cute face picture of himself...
And, yes, I HAVE had to many drinks from the tavern, but thats why my spelling is appauling, not my eyesite
