Today Tergonaut banned Kio. Why? Because Kiorein called out SX on some jerkass* behavior. Me and Kio were on flash chat Rping and he proceeded to block us because he decided that he was unfit to witness such a spectacle. When Kio pointed out the absurdity of this behavior and *I* relayed it to sx over msn he apparently told tergonaut. Tergonaut then proceeded to ban kio for harrasement. Unfortunately all of kios comments were not viewed by Sx, as he had actually left**, so it couldn't of been harrasement since the victim has to decide it is harrassment, and if he doesn't even notice that pretty much makes it not harrassment. And plus I relayed kioreins messages on msn. So even if this was against the rules I can not be punished as it was off site. Basically Tergonaut just blindly rushed into the situation relying on sx's testiomonies.
Also he kicked me after saying stop in response to me swearing without giving me a chance to actually go and stop.
*Before you call me out on calling it jerkass, think: Could Sx have displayed his irritation at the matter in a way that wouldn't of been rude and passive agressive?
**I'd like to point out if you ban Kio for talking behind sx's back you'd have to ban a large amount of people. You would not believe how many people critiscize the staff for personality flaws. I'd snitch but they would deny it and I never screenshotted any of it.
Don't you snitch on me, Stairmaster. I'd get perma-banned for all the mean things I say about SX and Tergonaut in MSN, outside of the jurisdiction of the MoFo.
Anyway, Kio himself asked me why he might have gotten banned and I reviewed the chat and could not find anything particularly suspcicious or bannable. This is my opinion on the evidence!
Everyone knows the RP squad gets special treatment. It was obviously Kio's fault for trying to challenge their natural right to the RP room.
Before tergonaut points out his motives for kicking me were justified I'd like to reiterate my main complaint is he said stop, and then kicked me. He did not give me time to stop. This does not indicate competence.
Also proof bubonic is also with me. I posted this since he said he didn't want to get into this.

I kicked you because you were being insolent, you were PM-abusing other people, etcetera. And ironically, Stairmaster is my key witness in this fact.
I don't kick unless I feel there is a reason to do so; take that into consideration before leaping to the conclusion that I'm being "unfair."
Okay. I think we should let the kio thing slide, but only on the conditions that we agree sx was not in the moral right either and that kioreins comments were partially true. And in the end isn't the truth more important than sentimentality?
Also I still think tergs conduct when he kicked me shows inconsistentency between his communication and actions. When you say stop to someone usually it implies you want them to stop. He did not give me an opportunity to stop, plus I don't actually remember swearing the first time.
But anyways a house divided cannot stand we need to deal with this troy issue.
I am not sure why Kio is even bothered by being banned from here. It is like being banned from the dump when you never have anything to dump anyway!
I've reviewed the case myself, and I stand by the actions Terg's taken. This discussion is now closed, please don't bother making any more threads in relation to it as they'll simply be locked instantly and official warnings handed out.
