Well you have the choice to choose who you buy it from.
Currently you can buy it from a person from Japan or buy it from Amazon(I just checked this). I think Amazon is located in California so it would be shipped from California.
I can't get the link button to work or I would give a link, so just go to Amazon and type in Sonic the Hedgehog and it will come up pretty close to the top. Sometimes if you type in what you specificly want it won't come up. But it's there.
