Keep in mind that in the SatAM, Naugus wasn't really a villain but rather someone who justifiably wanted to settle a score. In the comic, on the other hand, he's a full-fledged bad guy. Which version do you prefer and why?

Well keep in mind gentlemen that SatAM Naugus only had one episode in which he appeared in, where Archie Naugus has appeared more so because the comic has yet to be cnacelled. Had SatAM continued on for a 3rd season, we'd of seen more of Naugus.
Besides, no SatAM Naugus, no Archie Naugus.
that doesn't mean that Satam naugus would've been more evil.
he tried to kill the king by making him commit suicide, you wouldn't have seen that in Satam, he also killed Eddy (sort of.), and nearly killed nate morgan (strangled).
yet again you wouldn't have seen that on a kid's show.
