hi i new here been a Sonic fan forever and i had an a idea of now ro make Cream a character in Knothole by making her Bunnie long lost realtive or something because it would be nice for A)give a way for Bunnie to be a motherly figure seeing as she will marry soon and B)with luck she and Tails can get together and help him get over fiona what do you think?
Won't happen, as Cream is an exclusive character in the Sonic X comic under the decision of Sega.
I think that she's about six years old, which makes her half Tails' age as far as Archie continuity goes, and which would be flat-out creepy.
That bubbly, friendly, positive attitude of hers might've been a help, but I'd say that even puppy love was strictly off limits.
Cream X Barbie - DISCUSS!
Well, what if she had an unrequited crush on him?
Hero worship and an urge to copy him as a result, maybe. Little kids do that. 🙂
I did'nt know six year olds were able to fall in love, that's creepy as hell.
Kids that age play "marriage" games--yes. They imitate what they see. At least they did where I went to school. I wouldn't call it "love" per say though.
However, unless Sega is being much more picky about newly introduced characters, there's nothing that says Cream has to be 6 if she were put in the Archie STH series. Tails, based on his game age, should be 8, but he's older. Sonic, Knuckles, & Charmy are all older than their game ages. Amy is basically only her game age because of her "wish" during the SA adaptation, but is still considered by most of the characters to be Tails' age.
I'm not keen on introducing Cream just for the sake of giving Tails a girlfriend though. ;p
I know, Red - I was just working off what we know, since there isn't much else to go on. 😉
Relationship speak? In MY Knothole?

How does the idea about giving him a little sister he can look after and protect strike you?
"Onii-saaaaaan!!"
"Kuream-chan, Egguman's mechs are on the move. Stay close to me!"
"Hai!"
It ain't novel, but it sure ain't pairing them up as a couple, either. Still, I get the feeling overall that the ideal Cream would be one that could hold her own weight and not have to depend on others to bail her out of less-than-ideal situations (after all, she has Cheese for that!). Which is exactly the kind of role she won't get if she appeared in Archie lore. She'll be relegated to the "helpless maiden who needs rescuing" job Amy once had.
Until Amy started passing on some of Julie-su's lessons, or even just teaching her what a temper is...
Thinking about it, a well-adjusted six year old mirror to show Amy that she doesn't act either her biological or mental age might be a useful plot development.
There are a few good reasons to putting her in the comics. Since Blaze appeared, the events in Sonic Rush might happen, as well as a Sonic Battle adaption. She had an important role in both of those games. And we will finally get to see Emerl! ... Then again, Archie dosen't want to add any more characters; not to mention the fact that Silver might also show his ugly mug because of Blaze. If they don't want to add characters, then why did they put Blaze in the first place? No Emerl
I probably just contradicted myself here. How stange.

I was thinking the same thing!
Have they ever showed anything from Bunnie's family in the series, like, ever!? They have showed all of the important character's family ties from the Great War but never Bunnie's.

Major new character on major new console. Cream's always been either an ensemble player or background decoration - Blaze was seemingly (I haven't played Rush) given parity with Sonic in her title.
What it basically boils down to is: Sega probably told them to. Most game adaptations're crowbarred into the continuity as the price of being tied to a franchise.

That would be better.
As Archie doesn't currently have a female that can't hold their own (other than some of the motherly figures: Rosie, Lara-Le, Queen Alicia, etc.), I don't think they'd make Cream out to be too helpless if she were added.

Spoilers*
As I clearly stated, Cream played an important part in those games.
Sonic Rush: She helped Blaze be more open up and trust people more. She wasen't like that in the beginning.
Sonic Battle: Cream didn't like to fight to defend herself when Eggman captured her and Emerl. When they had to face Chaos Gamma, (the new E-102) Emerl held back so to not make Cream sad because she objected to fighting. But when Emerl was getting beat up, Cream started to fight back.

Yes, it is true that she isin't one the main characters, but she played a big infuence to changing those characters personalities.
I own and've played Battle. 🙂
I still think that the level of parity that Blaze was given is a different matter.
Since Cream is ORIGINALLY a GAME character, by all logic she should be fair game for the Archie verse. The only real reason I can think of her not being in is due to character overload as it is.
