i think dulcy's mom may have appeared in a panel or two in Sonic #29, which is also the issue dulcy debuts in. she's either roboticized or dead, like all the other dragons.

For Queen Alicia, her first appearance is in Knuckles #21 (as a cryogened body). As alive during the great war, 'don't know but check before #50, I think Sally or Max brings her up.

We don't know for sure. I'm guessing for the most part they joined Angel Island sociey, and some of them may have perished when Angel Island was captured.

Hard to say whether a flashback qualifies as an appearance. Her first major appearance was in the Forbidden Zone arc of the Knuckles comic. For all the good it did; she's been poorly served by the writers, up until Romy Chacon's "Royal Signet."

Then again, I'm convinced that the was supposed to have made an appearance way back in another flashback (I can't remember the issue at the moment) when thanks to the Phantom Letterer Sally calls her "Julayla" instead of (my own conviction here) "Mommy." The history of this book is a messy one.

Yes, there has been. When Dulcy is introduced, they show a flashback showing the Dragons flying through the sky, and as far as actual dragons being showed, there was Zan, a Chinese folklore-looking type dragon who was Dulcy's mate however he was extremely mean and physically abused Dulcy, too.

Don't know the exact issue she recovered but she was in deep freeze since about Knuckles #18/19. She got better from some type of syrum that Elias stole from 'Buttnik.
