Did Dubs ever finish this? I looked over his CW&TT site with a fine-tooth web browser but I didn't see any mention of it. I recently came across the full image of what this was a homage of and remembered I still had it.
Anyway, I had to resize the original image because it was XBAWKS HUGE but unfortunately it made some of the finer details a bit hard to see.
Hm, I hope I'm not stepping on any toes. I remember being told it was a secret (guh?) and not to ruin the surprise (b-wuh?), but that was some three years ago. Statute of limitations and all that, ol' boy. You understand. And dammit, I'm curious!

He finished drawing it (I have a completely pencilled version and a partially inked scan), but he didn't finish the inking job. I was talking to him about it just last week, to try to prod him into working on it again.
I think that he might not want that in the public domain. He never actually posted it on the MF that I recall - just passed it around a few of his friends in chat.
To the best of my knowledge, there's a reason why it wasn't placed on his site with the rest of his stuff for general viewing in the first place, but I don't want to say any more.
Ah, okay. That settles that, then.
I hate having jaw-dropping gorgeous hidden away like a collectible, but if it means we might see a finished version someday...

Dub really doesn't want that one out there, guys (just to clarify, since I don't know if people've assumed that I haven't talked to him since the edit, since I was quiet).
Again, if he had, he'd have it on his own site (again, I can't say more). So this is a PSA for anyone else holding any drafts.
I'm going to assume it's what I think it was and echo Sam.

Not to be rude or snippy Alex, but if I wanted you guys to know what it was a picture OF I'd have told you all of it a long time ago as well as put it out into the open. I havent done that or spoken of it except to VERY SELECT people whom I trust explicitly and PSX posting it was actually an accident (he couldn't have known not to do it as I havent talked with him in quite a while, but its all good since it was removed). Furthermore - as Sam AND Red AND Rico have said, I don't really want it out there to begin with ATM so with all due respect stop being nosy and let it go. You'll see it when I'm ready to let people see it and you won't find it on my webpage, though you are free to browse to your hearts content. 😛
