it seems like it to me...IDK, correct me if I'm wrong. but I think they did. 
Considering 2010 Sonic looks pretty different to 1993 Sonic (or even 2001 Sonic) and there's been a consistent rotation of artists on the comic for the past seventeen or so years... yeah, I'd say the graphics change.

... You mean if the comic's artwork has changed over the past 200+ issues?
