Well, your profile says you're located in America, so your best option would just be to get a subscription. Go to archiecomics.com and have a poke around, you should be able to find it easily enough.

The Archive series would also be a good place to start.

They're even pocket-sized to boot.

Yeah, there are back-orders in the back of the comics, Sonic Archives, and Sonic Selects. They're all fairly cheap as well. If you want to order single issues, try mycomicshop.com.
