I mention it because if Penders does win, then won't releasing this cause a bit of a snag? The kind of snag that involves paying out tons of royalties all at once?
I'm just sayin'. Otherwise I think it's good that they're making it easier to grab the whole set.
I don't think that Penders will win. Anyway most of the Echidnas look way too much like Knuckles for him to say that they are original characters.
