Okay, I think I may be missing the issue of this but I now know that Amadeus was turned into a robot in Sonic Super Special #9 on the day Tails was born, so that takes care of him. I've seen scans of the Sonic in space issues where we find out that the Bem transported both of his parents to Argentum, BOTH of them. Now, we know for most of his life Tails was raised by the Freedom Fighters, but WHEN exactly did Tails lose his mother? My question is: Is there an issue somewhere I dont know about that tell what happened to Tails's mother AFTER her husband got robotocized (SSS#9), but before being taken by the Bem? Or is this just the case of "his parents are mysteriously gone and he's just being raised by the FF"?

I don't have the issue, but I was under the impression that the Bem took them very shortly after Robodeus returned home to his wife and baby...
Rosemary was captured by Robotnik on the early hours/days of the coup. You can argue the "exactness," but I read it (this is Sonic #129) to mean that Rosemary was captured the same day Robotnik officially made his move to take over. Then Ceneca took both Rosemary & Amadeus. In other words, Tails was always raised by someone other than his parents. Other than the brief moment he was in the hospital with his mother right after birth, I don't think Tails was ever with Rosemary much more than that.
