Hi everyone, I think this is my first post, but I've been lurking for years.

Anyways, I've been collecting the series ever since #0, all the way up to #184. I have every issue, including the specials, offshoots, and the entire Knuckles series. I tried getting a general idea from eBay, but I wasn't quite able to figure out what the entire series would be worth if sold. Don't get me wrong, I have no intention of selling any part of the collection, but it'd be interesting to see what it might be worth.

I sold mine for about 1000 bucks on a buy it now, complete up to 162 or so, a few years ago. I have no idea how high the bidding would have gone otherwise, so maybe i lucked out or maybe the guy got a bargain, or maybe it was fair.

Older back-issues are nearly impossible to find, and at least around where I live it's hard to find recent issues in stock. If you've got a 100% complete set, hold onto it. It could be worth a very good bit down the line.

If you're hurting for cash now, depending on your venue, you could definitely score a decent amount of money.

I was able to sell all 162 issues I had for $375

That said, some were not in the best of shape, as takut0 would probably agree. Most were decent, even the really old ones though.

Also, my set was far from complete... There were probably 50 assorted issues that I was missing.
