Looks like there's gonna be a Sonic Rush and I've heard of a future Sonic Riders adaptation.
Am I missing anything?

SegaSonic the Hedgehog was roughly adapted somewhat, too. The flashbacks in Knuckles #26 - #28 kind of tell the story.
