I like the art and especially the coloring! Kudos to Matt and Tracy. I like the exchange between Amy and Sonic as well. I also like the easter eggs and the Snively and Eggman exchange. This explains how Shadow and Metal will probably be doing their zone hopping. Things are looking good right now!
Interesting that Snively refers to DKA:RF as a woman, it might be as some of us have theorized and it is the love interest of a Robotnik that Ian was refferring to a while ago (I'll provide a link later). I'm thinking it is either that, or Snively is in for a rude awakening.
Looks good. I womder...COuld DKA:RF be some new incarnation of Robotniks daughter "M" mabye she pulled an adem and had a back up of her programming some where...or mabye its Iron Queen? I Highly Doubt its hope....Considering she's not evil...And is Either in Station square with GUN or MIA.....IM Guessing the other ??? character oppisite of silver is Super Scourge.

The sub-bosses are new characters. He even mentions Iron King and Queen and rules them out.
EDIT: Also, I love the little easter eggs Ian put in their. Engine STH-25 (the issue Metal Sonic first appeared in) and SXSU-401 (Sonic X #40 and Sonic Universe #1, upcoming issues that will deal with Metal Sonic and his zone hopping).
Looks like Snively's chat buddy will be the new character/love interest. Good call, to those who picked it.
And nice work on the Metal Sonic engines, Bsonic - I didn't even pick that up. They are great little additions.
And I'm very curious to see who the other ??? is - could we be getting an Anti-Silver already? Could that even be his hand on the cover?

It may indeed be, but why have Shads in shadows, no pun intended, when 1. he's on the cover and 2. everyone knows what Shads looks like.
I have a (personal) nagging feeling that Snively is talking to Hope, but then again I'm just talking nonsense. Carry On!
i'm not too big of a fan of the color so far. why does it seem like there's a light shining on everyone? that and the shading seems pretty dark in comparison to the super light parts.
Another reason that I'm leaning towards it being Super Scourge is because that particular character is categorized as a Moebius character, which Shadow definitely isn't.
I was also thinking that after relooking at the preview on Bumbleking. I supposed it could be an Anti-Shadow, but I'm thinking Ian already shot down the idea of any Antis except for the ones we're seeing right now.

Anywho, Eggman building yet another Metal Sonic is the height of insanity. I don't blame Snively for being annoyed with him. Defeat is driving the poor man senile.
If Snively was in charge....He would have taken over Mobius by now. Obviously Robotnik/Eggman is just crazy and wants to hunt Sonic down for the sport of it. I mean Snively just made the most common sense in stating that Eggman should just build an army of Metals.

Huh, now that you mention it, it seems kinda weird to see him on colours instead of pencils where he should be because he's awesome.
Well we were meant to have three new anti-characters, right? So far we've only had Rosey, so there must still be some more to pop up...
We had three question marks, and Ian provided all of the SS and Moebius. He never said that the three ??? would be new characters, just antis that hadn't been seen yet in the arc and were set to appear. Therefore, I think it's safe to assume that along with Rosy, Buns can definitely fill up one of the positions. Kintobor isn't that new, and neither is his name, so I don't think he counts. Buns' character and appearance are so different, she hadn't been seen yet, and she finally got a new name, so I believe she counts. As for the third ??? I think that will be Super Scourge. The Omega suit could maybe be counted, but I don't think Ian had that in mind when he brought up the question marks as the real Omega hasn't been shown in the comics and the suit isn't really a character by itself, it's basically just Buns' armor/health suit.
Also, I don't really know that Snively would be able to take over Mobius. Yes he does make a lot of senese sometimes, and I do think that sometimes he seems to come up with some better strategies than his uncle, but he has been in control a few times and has shown that he has his big weaknesses too.
