Looks like I was wrong about the Lien-da thing. Ah well.
Snively still cares about Regina despite her being a power hungry manipulative witch. Awwww ...
Well, I'm happy to know that Eggman doesn't trust Snively. Might be hope for him yet.

PIC BACHELOR #3!!!
Actually she ... well ... you can find a summary here.
"Will Princess Sally make a final choice of who to set her heart on?"
lolno
Seriously. That's how I feel about the whole situation.
I guess I'll do something more productive and give my feelings about the Iron Dominion Arch as a whole now that it's over sans one optional issue coming out of Sonic Universe. While a lot of potentially interesting angles was presented throughout the arch I feel like we came out of it with less then what we came into it with. Rather then actually change anything for the long term (except a certain treacherous echidna) we were more or less brought up to Status Quo at the end of the day. Eggman is back. Espio went back. The Freedom Fighters keep Mobotropolis. Snively is alone (again). Dimitri will likely be functional in the next handful of issues. Then there was the other thing that I don't really feel like going into detail on because it's just plain silly. It feels more or less like a lot of terrible stuff that could have lasted a while could have happened but for whatever reason it didn't.
There were some things I did enjoy about the arch. I can't really say that Sally is one of my favorite characters in the book or even my favorite non-game Freedom Fighter but I found her character to be more tolerable here then in past stories where she came off as an squirrel that lost her nut. Mind that I started reading the comic closely in the #90s so I only caught bits and glances of the time where she was more of a competent leader then that emotional train wreck that plagued the book until fairly recently. I think one thing that made her more enjoyable here is that she was talking more with people that were on her " level " like Ken and the House Brides and even NICOLE at places. Not saying that the other characters are beneath her but more that from a background and personality point of view Sally is ... well ... different from the other Freedom Fighters so she did not always fit in. The way that the Arch, specifically Journey to the East, was written played on her strengths as a character more then her weaknesses.
There's some other things but I'm a bit tired. Might edit in the morning.
I'm just glad it's the end of the epic arcs for a bit...
That's also a plus.
I wouldn't mind if the next Huge Arch didn't come until STH225+, really. A year of issues as a cool off period before the next big push.
That seems like too big of a gap but...at least 6 months of epic arc stories would be nice.
