There are fans out there that post messages on sites like this one and on sites like ken penders that say ethier say yay or nay towards a Sonic/Sally pairing, but then there are those that didn't don't even bother with sites/message boards like these and deciced that e-mailing/snail mailing/faxing the people that work on comic directly and given them their oponions/reviews (postive/negtive) is a better way of telling them of how they feel about certain characters, current storylines, and what they want to see and not see, instead of doing it in the open, where they might feel that are those that will be totally againest what they say and feel.
Thus the reason behind Sonic and Sally being paired up at times, because of fans that don't show the names(faces) around boards like these, because they do it directly. (Didn't someone say something like that here?)

I can hear the ghost of Christmas past making a topic exactly like this with Mina instead of Sally, and then it was closed for being Sonicxanyone.
Nonsensical rants about things which are being discussed in another thread are kind of superfluous wouldn't you say?

The reason behind Sonic/Sally is because he's trying to compete with Mario and Link.

I understand Rico, I dread coming hear but I come because I want to keep up with the latest news. From some post and they way Archie writes, I feel like I am the dumb one for wanting things like Sonic and Sally to get back togeter. I know I am not the best at expressing my opinion.
The sad thing is, I don't think there are enough Sonic and Sally fans that can take a stand and make a difference on this, not enough to make the comic book sales go down significantly.
I wanted to add that I am kind of sad to hear that the comic book is doing well sales wise. Apart of me really wants the comic book to be canceled, so the debate can end, and I think it might be the only way Sonic and Sally can be free.
They could always try to have her killed again, but have it WORK this time. At least there's a better chance that debates would be reduced this way. Just let it be known that I actually don't hate any of the females that have appeared in the comic to date (well, maybe Penelope a little), but simply recommend actions that should be taken no matter how unpleasant in order to avoid a potentially less desireable outcome if not taken.
No we shouldn't kill Sally, but use her less and less until she is just a memory! She was awesome back in the day, but she doesn't have the same appeal anymore.
Man I can't even take a couple of days off for school work. If this topic remains as pointless after I finish catching up around here... we can guess what I'm going to do. ;p
