Great issue. This is the second part of the Evil Chao storyline that IMO has been the best Sonic story I've read all year. Highlights include;

The return of Tikal. She brings the chao and the Chaos monster there kick butt on the evil Chao. She even fights alongside Knuckles. (They'd make an cute couple except she may be his very, very, great grandmother.)

It's always cool when something cute and cuddly turn twisted and evil, but you throw chainsaws into the mix, and that's just plain awesome!
Negatives:
How the heck did the good chao find the seven emeralds so fast?
Scientifically speaking, there's no way chuck's plan would have worked. Reversing the radio wave locally may turn any nearby Chao back, but once out of range, Eggman's signal which is broadcasting over a very large range would just turn them back to evil Chao again. If he had gone to say, a local radio station and reversed the signal from there, it would counteract eggman's and stop the Chao then.
Overall, a great two-parter. Joe and Tracy have done an excellent job. Kudos!
Alright, are you using "chaos" as a plural for "chao"? Because it isn't. The plural for "chao" is "chao". That way, I don't wind up thinking you're talking about Chaos, the water beast from Sonic Adventure.

In any case, SH, Chaos is actually featured in this issue.
This issue was the best issue so far. Joe simply keeps topping himself, and same to Tracy. The only real nitpick I can think of is that all the Chaos Emeralds were colored green.
EDIT: Oh, and I think The Burger King will be greatly offended by this issue.
I finally manage to read it. It was pretty good. The only problem I saw was Chaos using the emeralds to grow instead of becoming Perfect Chaos. Execept for that I had no problem with it.
I haven't read the issue. why would Burger King be offended?
Because Sonic disses thier food. I think there's a pun in there somewhere. 
Great issue, too bad about the Chaos Emerald miscoloring.
