Not so crazy about Spaz's cover, but Tracy! and Hunzeker continue to impress me with their covers on SU. I'll be curious to see what's to come in these issues, things are looking interesting.

Sonic 208: Sonic gets involved in some deal with the devil, the devil this time being Regina. Reasons not well known but probably someone (Or a whole group is in danger). Perhaps has something to do with the events of last issue...most likely.
SU 11: Same thing. Whatever the case, it'll put Finny back in great shape for his next grand scheme (An arc that will make the Scourge Invasion seem short!)

It doesn't even look like Knuckles is shaking Fini's hand because he wants to, it looks like he has no choice in the situation. So I wouldn't say they're "trying to make him an idiot".

Can't disagree there. I've absolutely always despised his artwork. It's not the worst the series has offered (Many Hands, Ron Lim), but I'm greatly disturbed at the little knees or the chin muscle and the big, big, biiiiiiiiiiig eye pupils he draws. They just bother the hell out of me. For that matter, I wasn't a fan of him adding his own personal little touches on other artist's artwork when he was still writing. Penders, I know you're a perfectionist (so am I), but have a little faith in them!
...I forgot Penders drew. I wondered if that was bad but...maybe not so much
As for the blurbs...the unthinkable? Ignoring the fact she got around them quite easy already? And that was with just her and Sir Nose! And who is next to be used by her, Jules? Vector?

In the latest issue when sonic's at teh lake of rings Nicole loooks like she has Iron Queen kibble decorating her feet or is that just me?

These being the same solicits that sometimes just describe the covers anyway. 
Given the target demographic for the series, I can't help feeling as though we over-analyse these things sometimes, and credit them with being a bit more cryptic than they actually are.
Well ... if we want to take the most direct approach I could say that Regina gets a hold of Sonic's hearing implant (Teehee. Remember that?) and gets into his head. Then she tells him to burn things. Like Mobotropolis for example.
But yeah it's probably NICOLE.
Hmm...It says 'friend'. Nicole would be an obvious first choice. We've already played with Bunnie being taken over so I don't think it would be a repeat of her. The only other cybernetic mobian in New Mobotropolis I can think of is Sonic's dad and that's more family than friend; though those two categories can overlap. If Sonic befreinds Omega between now and then it could be him but that's a real longshot. If Tommy Turtle was still alive Regina could take controll of his nanites but luckily that's not an option these days. ; )
Wow, I'm glad Ian remembered the Alien Rosetta Stone that Sonic has in his ear. You know, the one that he can't have removed?
If there's *one* thing Independence Day has taught me, is that all technology everywhere in the universe is IBM compatible!
