wasn't it mentioned in (insert issue) that sonic and tails have 5 fingers and sally only has four? i feel like a total geek for bringing that up, but that might be the reason she looks so awkward.

Urgh, I always hated that, and hated it even more everytime it got brought up.

Besides, it's pretty much been that way for like two years, so it shouldn't make a big difference now.

What I think will make a big difference will be proper colours. Right now the characters seem to be kinda floating over the BG, but I think the simple airbrushing is just for the sake of the preview and proper contrast will better set the whole image.

Still, no matter how they fix it. That pic of Sally going ape-knuckles is ridiculous xD. DK Smash moment plz

I have to agree with that picture. I really don't like Ian's writing in the Sonic comic! Ever since issue #166, for just some reason he has been messing up this comic book way worse, then Ken ever did or could. I think he's become the new Penders at Archie comics, in my view anyway?

Sally: "I really, liked having my hair longer instead of satam short."

Bunnie: "Tracy drew my feet, too big for this cover."

Knuckles: "My name is Knuckles, you killed my father, preare to die."

Tails: "Yeah lets hang Ian by his pinky fingers, for what he's done to Sonic's comic!"

The rest of the FF stop to look at Knuckles and Tails, with ? above their heads.

Sonic: "I think Knuckles has been watching, The Princess Bride movie again?"

I am curious to know, what/who is the "supression squad?" It doesn't sound good(the supression squad, I mean). My theory is that it is possible it could be someone connected to the government trying to get/maintain control, like Max. I could be way off and totally wrong. Some people here are probably right that it is the anti-FF's. What do you all think, does my theory have even a little vaildity? I am wary of the any of the anti-characters coming back, especially after what happened last time.

I have a feeling the 'Freedom Fighters' on that page are actually the real Freedom Fighters and not the Anti-ones. The Anti-Sonic has moved on with his life and turned Green -- even if he ditches the shades and the jacket it'll be obvious he isn't the real Sonic. Supression Squard definetely sounds like the Anti-FF; their name is a dark parody of the Freedom Fighters. While I'm terribly happy to see the evil twins explored again it makes a bit of sense. The Anti-Sonic has been playing around in Mobious so long that the other SS are probably wondering what's so good about the planet of their good-twins.

I must say, bringing back Anti/Evil Rotor and giving him the name Boomer is a clever way to use an obscure old piece of comics history. I just hope "Boomer" turns out to be more impressive than his cohorts: Antis-Sally and Bunnie are MIA, I haven't a clue what Evil Tails is up to, Patch is back on Anti-Mobius doing who knows what, and Scourge has of course set off for parts unknown. Hopefully, Boomer will break the rather unimpressive trend.

Finally we get to see the new and improved Dark Legion, though their name change and their new employer don't thrill me in the slightest. Personally, I hope Finitevus convinces them all to join forces with him to overthrow Eggman and wage war on Mobius, but seeing as how he's a crazed nutcase who doesn't even like them and is responsible for the return of Enerjak, that's not likely to happen. Hm, given that all the thugs on Mobius seem to be hooking up with Mogul, Finitevus might be pretty pressed for minions when the time comes for his return.

Dear LORD, how long did Spaz spend on that cover?! The detail is awe-inspiring.
