Even for a series that specialises in the occasional obscure reference, it just seemed like an awfully random thing for the writers to remember - if it's not just a random spoof on the "edutainment" of the time, that thinks that it's being OTT without realising that it's hit the nail on the head.

Though this was the 90's flashback episode, it seems kind of odd that they'd use the redesigned Amy, seeing as she didn't debut until 1999... and certainly not during AoStH's run on television.
I knew that it was a '90s-based episode, so I didn't want to comment on the redesign because I wasn't sure if it was based in 1999. Since AoStH debuted well before that, I was prepared to let the gap slide as a generic comment on the decade. 🙂

i haven't seen the episode. if that billboard occurred during the 90's flashback (assuming it was pre-'99), it's somewhat anachronistic.
Splendiferous. I was cogniferous of her art before, but it was impossachievable for me to remember her. She has a giantesque gallery, after all.

Has anyone else noticed that Sonic is wearing Tails' shoes? At least I think Sonic has always had a solid red shoe with white stripe running down the center. Just thought I'd point that out. XD
