I'd complain if it was a ban, but 1 hour before and after funerals counts as protecting privacy. OMGWTFBBQ Bush did something not reprehensible for like the second time ever.

But seriously, Phelps and his ilk are just low. I may dislike homosexuality with a passion, but these men and women fought and died valiantly. They are fellow citizens, and they deserve respect for their work. To demean them after their death when they can't defend their own name is just low.
So demeaning living homosexuals is perfectly fine, then?

Back on topic, Bush (for once I can't believe it) did a good thing passing this law. It's radical Christians like those guys that give the entire Christian population a bad name. Protest about homosexuality at a furneal for person who died war is, IMO, one of the lowest of low things you can do.
So... the moral?

The deceased person who furneal I was talking about died in Iraq. And the 'religious' people protest at the furneal to promote their causes. Not because the dead guy was gay.
