when you try to get a job but see a less qualified foreigner in the job do you get angery? do you get these thoughts "they wont hire us in their country but we hire them?!" "why is my country hiring them, does it think we're too stupid to work these simple jobs?!"

i always thought i wont go against foreign employment but i seen a lot of my people beg on the streets while easy jobs are being taking by foreigners that could help feed a family. although we could argue the other person has a family too. i just dont know what's fair anymore. i keep seeing more and more foreigners in work areas, i'm starting to think being a foreigner helps your work resume. is there a favouring happening?

with the econemy the way it is i dont think this is an unthought of issue.

I have no idea how it is in your country but over here that doesn't exist to anywhere near that degree.

The last government (i think) brought in all these equal opportunities rules, but they only comes into play when you have two equally qualified people. If you had someone who was native to the UK with a better CV (resume) than say... someone from Latvia or wherever, the one with the better CV will always come on top. If they both have identical qualifications and experiance etc, however, it becomes a case of picking the name out of a hat and to keep on the safe side of the equal opportunities law companies will often pick the one whom isn't a white british male. Since it is not common for this to happen though it isn't a huge problem.

As for "easy jobs" what do you mean? Picking asparagus and stuff? Cleaning toilets? Again, might be completely different there but here the reason why it tends to be Polish people getting these jobs here is because it's only really Polish people applying for them. A lot of British people don't bother applying for jobs they see "under" themselves, and because our culture is more... "soft" than theirs they're often not capable of as high amounts of work than Polish people are.

It's barely anything to do with "them foreigners" rather than a fault with the British society in general that we can't be arsed to take them jobs up ourselves and are unable to do so at as high of a standard as quickly. It might be a similar issue there as well.

Bare in mind that in some jobs people are willing to hire a less qualified person if they show considerable amounts of enthusiasm and an excellent work ethic when the more qualified person doesn't. I'm a Merchandiser for a massive supermarket with only a few mediochre A-Levels and a bread stacking job under my belt. Just shows huh. As you can probably tell by the spelling English wasn't one of them o.-

Please define "foreign"? Do you mean a worker that is not native to your land, but is legally entitled to work there or one who has entered and it working via an illegal means and as such should not be employed under that current status?

Would you feel aggrieved if a British or Indian man legally entered and applied for work in your local supermarket and got a job?

Also think about it, what sane business would really want to employ way over qualified people? All that would happen is that the over qualified person would leave the moment a better job opportunity arrived, whereas a less qualified person would most likely stay within that job thus benefiting the business.

a lot of my people beg on the streets

Define "my people."
All that comes to mind is Webber's Joseph and "let my people go!"

with the econemy the way it is i dont think this is an unthought of issue.

During economic recession (as job cuts) everyone always points the finger at "immigrants" for stealing jobs. Yet people are so easy as to forget the prosperous times when these "foreigners" were the cheap labour supporting your growing economy both in taxes (legal workers) and spending their earnings (local business to buy food, clothing, housing etc.
