Has anyone ever really wondered what it is that the government is hiding? I'm not talking about aliens and stuff of that sort, but more like, secret going ons, hidden political parties, so forth.
Go watch Charlie Wilson's War.
The U.S. government alone has covered up many of it's actions, mainly regarding to foreign policy, but like all cover ups, they were revealed.
Biggest cover up of them all:
The war of independance never really happened, America is actually just a long running sociology experiment run out of Manchester's People Sciences department.
Oh Crimmy, thats such an obvious one, how else would Bush have been elected?

The big conspiracy theory stuff I've never been into, but I'm interested in what history will say of these years 50 years later, on what our government was doing.
You think some of the things we did in World War 2, or the Cold War, was told to the public at the time? I find a lot of those then-top-secret things absolutely fascinating to research.
FDR knew about Pearl Harbor and let it happen to get the US into WW2.
Government knew about 9/11 and let it happen to militarize the US.
any evidence there?
EDIT: Any relatively accepted evidence?
He read it in a book.
