does a holy book(e.g. bible Qoran) not qualify for religous propoganda? Please give your thoughts.

Any information told by people can be considered propaganda, especially if it's intended to convince. People tend to use the word in a derogatory way, but I think that leads to prejudice because you're more likely to consider opposing arguments propaganda. Analyzing arguments is better.

So yes, religious texts, by definition, are propaganda because they propagate a viewpoint.
