It would already be in MFC2 if we had the old 50 reply limit for MFC topics. I liked the 50 post limit better anyway.

I was actually using them to mean the same thing there, but if you want to get really pedantic, the first post in a topic doesn't count as a reply, since it's a new topic and therefore not replying to anything. So a post is an individual comment by a user in a topic, a reply is an individual comment by a user posted in response to the topic or to one of the replies to the topic. Hence the first post isn't a reply, the rest of the posts are.
It doesn't really matter, though, since when I said I liked the old 50 reply limit better, I meant I liked it better than the 70 reply limit we have now.
It's 70 replies now? Sweet Jesus... talk about overload.

Yeah. I can't remember when or why they changed it, I just know they did. Personally, I'd rather they just did away with the hybrid layout and therefore the whole need for an MFC2, but apparently hybrid has advantages for moderating and we're moving soon anyway so whatever.
Fun fact: this topic is only at 60 replies and that still entails over two pages of scrolling in my Firefox window at a resolution of 1024x768 pixels.

What can I say, being missing is something I do well. I didn't figure much anybody would notice. I wasn't exactly very regular before the board got all but wiped (once or twice), things just kinda went downhill from there.
In fact, the only reason I've even seen this is 'cause somebody threw me a link. ^^; Otherwise I wouldn't be here...um, not really dispelling rumours of my dissapearance. Usually on devart. Or the EN boards. Or WoW. Or just not about.
