Hey, guys.
Well, it's almost here, the big 3-0. Got a surprise party over the weekend, and some nice stuff. But I found that there's something I need that will remedy a current problem I'm having.
I've been making online videos of TV shows and things for a while now for YouTube and stuff, but my WinFast video capture card is old and will only work on my ancient computer rather than my current one. Worse, the new batch of clips I made don't want to upload right onto YouTube.
So, this is to anyone who makes online videos like me. What brand is your video capture card, and how good and clear is the quality of the videos it makes?
Hope you guys can help me on this. Talk with you all soon.
Well, I know here at the office, we either use VideoXpress cards (it's a USB external box) or, what I am using currently to capture vids from VHS tapes, a Canopus box. I think now we are opting for Canopus, but I can't notice much of a difference.
I'll keep both names in mind. How good of a quality are we talking on these? Have a look at the vid and sound on the game show clips on my YouTube and let me know if the boxes you use can do better than this.
And only look at the game show ones. The toon scuba things belong to Trevor Lake, I didn't make those.
I'd have to wager that they'd be just as good. Unfortunately, Youtube cuts the quality of anything you upload anyways.
Is that so? Maybe that might explain why my recent attempt at loading things has been resulting in some garbled messes when I look at it afterward. I mean, I'll keep trying, but I know that any setup has to be better than what I have right now.
Of all the youtube collections of a single thing/theme, I would never have guessed a cartoon scuba collection o.o;
Congrats! Halfway there!
