Honestly? Newgrounds is pretty much where most of this stuff starts, and then later gets ripped, and technically "stolen" as someone else's work after they post it on YouTube without crediting the original artist. Just browse through the front page, usually, as it gets updated with new stuff. Be warned. Be VERY warned, that this site can be NSFW or NMS, but oh so very hilarious. I think the only original thing started on YouTube was BrentalFloss, though I think he's losing his touch.

Also, answer number two, would be SomethingAwful.com, another very, very NSFW or NMS site and forum. The father of 4chan, only with rules, so, unlike it's son, classier.
