As usual, I shall be around Bristol, but I'm probably not bothering with the expo itself this year. No Doctor Who stuff for a second year in a row and nothing else on the agenda grabs me. I'm still up for meeting up with folk at some point, whether lunch, dinner or whatever.

I think it's a predestined fact that I shall be there, though arrangements will have to wait until April when I can find out where I stand with leaving work, how my finances are looking and wether or not cosplay = free entry this year.

I sadly will not be around for it this year - my eldest brother's new son is getting christened on the same weekend, and I'm to be the godfather - so that has to take preference.

if i can, i'm definately going. ^^ my new costume has no chance of being ready on time, so unless cosplay = free entry, i shall be in mufti this year.

I'll probably pop down and see you guys. Doesn't cost a lot to get down from Cambridge if I book early enough and I can probably crash at home if needs be. Might even try both days but it depends on work and crap.

i have a second reason now to look forward to the convention.. a freind of mine back at home became a daddy last night, and he's promised to bring his daughter along with him when he comes to the convention. ^.^ *squees*

I didn't realise it was happening until the Friday. I probably could have gotten down to Bristol even on such short notice, except all the cheap train tickets will have gone ages ago and even saver returns to Bristol from Cambridge are pretty darn expensive. Damn it, next year I'll be there! Both days this time! Just remind me to have my dissertation done nice and early.

heyyy i see photo of meee, lol Cthulu i was a Mind Flayer lol, I think last year with my Babylon 5 Vorlon costume was better, as cool as a mind flayer is hardly anyone recognised what i was D:. oh well atleast i got to hang out witchu guys . are we gonna get to see the videos you took too? =D

Funnily enough a souped-up mind flayer was the bad guy of the last D&D campaign I played in, so I probably would have recognised the costume had I been there (didn't in Craig's picture - most likely the funny angle). Although I always them in my head as being much paler than Moreta's costume looks in the photo.
