As of New Years' Eve, I won't have had a full time job in two years. I want to do something about that. 🙁

Hm, most improbable wish I could have... Treasure announces a deal with Sega and Nintendo in which they bring a combination package of Radiant Silvergun and Ikaruga to the Wii, both with their plots properly translated (and, in the case of Silvergun, with proper English actors replacing the Japanese ones, since trying to read subtitles in THAT game is akin to trying to read War and Peace while driving on the D.C. Beltway).

Seriously, it could actually work. Both have relatively simple controls that only REQUIRE three buttons: for Silvergun, although seven distinct buttons for seven different weapons is preferable (a la the Saturn version), you can get away with just three (A, B and C; all other weapons are combinations of those three); for Ikaruga, all you need is shoot, switch polarities, and unleash your charge attack. Thus, both games would be playable with just a Wii Remote, even if other forms of control would be preferable (like a Classic Controller, or, ideally, a controller with six buttons aligned just like the Saturn's).

Seriously, though, who doesn't want a piece of this or this?

Oh, and that I finally get Panzer Dragoon Saga. Most likely this would happen when I FINALLY land a good scholarship and could finally use the money I've been making at Staples on myself instead of my education.

More likely: just making it through this rather BRUTAL semester at college, to be rewarded come Christmas-time with Super Mario Galaxy. No Panzer Dragoon Saga, no exorbitant announcements from Sega.

Improbable: I wish SEGA can make a 3D Sonic game that doesn't suck and gets jealous of how cool their own character is in Brawl. And a Chao raising game for the DS that isn't like Nintendogs and also doesn't suck.

I also wish for a Wii, TLOZ: Twilight Princess, Super Mario Galaxy, Brawl, TLOZ: Phantom Hourglass, SRA, FFIII, and a PS2 that isn't broken.

And chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate. :>

All I want is a high-end computer. Really, if Dad does as he's threatened to and buys another bargain-bin POS or not one at all, I'm seriously going to ask that he take back whatever he bought and wait until he CAN (read: will) get me a high-end computer.

Especially with Vista, I don't want a low-end computer again, and I know whatever computer I get, I'm staying with until I buy a laptop for college.

There's nothing else that I want and don't intend to buy myself.

For me it would have to be one of a few things. Here they are in order of current desire.

1. The time, money and other needed resources to spend Christmas with Julie. And all you folks who think that's horribly sappy can direct your comments to that brick wall over there. =)

2. A job. A full-time one, related to my choice of career path, which challenges me on a daily basis and stretches my abilities rather than letting them go to waste. Which if obtained, would most likely help greatly towards...

3. Sufficient financial reserves to pay off my current debts and be able to live without having to worry about having enough to buy food, pay rent and do stuff I want to on top of all that.

4. This is more of a fantastical idealistic one. My own house, located somewhere that I'm not slap bang in the middle of the city, but not miles away from it either. Ideally located in quiet, peaceful, beautiful surroundings.

I'd add in getting Guitar Hero III and a slew of other games I really want, but that pretty much comes under wish number 3. So that pretty much covers everything.
