She's feeding them like birds, one piece of catfood per cat. That can't be healthy for them.
Selina Kyle has been outdone.
man. that would be so annoying.
i wonder if that lady would be upset if i went in there with a chainsaw.
Watch your step .-.
LOLcat paradise.
Guys, guys... Imagine the smell =
Although the 2 pictures I saw everything looked clean Oo
It may look clean in that room, but you never know about all the other areas of that flat. o_____0;
I wonder how large the litter vault is
Cats scare me.. ><
My God. We have enough hijinks with only two cats. I can't imagine living in a house with that many.
i love cats, i'm about to own a kitten born from an abandioned cat that freinds adopted.. but 130 cats is certainly pushing it.
the poor things, it must be pretty stressful for many of them, to be crammed in like that. it's good that she wants to help, and the cats look healthy and generally happy.. but i hope she's taken steps to get them all nutered to stop their humbers increasing yet more. ^^;
HOLY CRAP!!! That video is a mix of cute and crazy funny and oh so, so, sad!
... KITTIES! =3
i thought there would be an lolcat pic by now. i am sadly mistaken.
Sup Hell, How's my thirtieth condo on the north side?
Building tripled today, about 3 minutes ago? Great n_n! Awesome quarter I'm having up here. See ya soon!
Dude, I've gotta give a hand to that lady and smack all the pessimists out there. I read a bunch of the comments on that site, more than half of which were negative "DEAR GOD IMAGINE THE SMELL, THE CAMERA HIDES SO MUCH, THE LADY ABUSES THEM"... I swear to God. Do you think the humane society would allow this to continue after all this attention it's generating if she were treating them poorly? These cats all look happy and healthy. They're probably indoor/outdoor cats as well, so they likely go out and run around to burn off some steam, then come back inside and sleep or something.
You just happened to catch them at dinnertime or something 😀 That's why they all swarmed like that. I know my cat bounds over like a crazy person when we feed her (and when she doesn't get enough to eat - which is rare - there are plenty of birds in the backyard she'll go after).
It makes me smile to see some actually good-hearted people in the world. I just wish some people would open their eyes and see the same.
Now that all that's out of the way... KITTIES OMGWTF **HUG**

It's in Russia or something. IS there a humane society there?
lol Box, I was just going to say that... I believe the Mother Land has more urgent problems than pet control atm...
WHO'S IN CHARGE OF CLEANING THE LITTERBOX?
Maybe they all just take a big trip to the beach.
Sage is right. While it is odd that that room is cleaner than most petless homes, and it is kinda unbelievable that a woman can take care of a hundred and thirty cats, there is also no evidence that the cats are any less than happy. All of the cats seem, in my well honed, professional eye, to be well fed, and while it looks CROWDED in that room, they were trying to gather at one point (around the woman). And the camera just showed how she fed them - it didn't show her stopping after just one handful, it just showed the cats eating. There's NO WAY that many cats - whjo were strays before, mind you - can look that healthy on JUST the amount the camera shows.
Also, spreading the food like that seems smart. Can you imagine the catfights that would erupt if she just had a self-filling bowl or something? They'd be tearing each other apart.
I wasn't saying there was anything wrong with it. I'm just not sure how one person can care for that many cats.
For the sake of all parties, I hope that they're all fixed.
And on the topic of the liter trays, granted you couldn't see a lot due to the mass of, well, cats... but I couldn't see any. Now before you percieve that as a bad thing, consider this; Not all cats use liter trays. Our cat (bless her =( ) used to simply wait patiently to be let out to do her buisness, then stare at us through the window like some spectre of the night when she wanted back in.
Granted on this scale it would work differently, but the same underlying principle could be there. As Sage said, indoor/outdoor cats.
That said, I want to go snugglefrenzy at this, and why isn't there any lolcats pics yet?
