Accused mugger licks woman's toes
ST. PAUL (AP) -- Police said a man who robbed a woman of her keys and cell phone then took off her shoes and licked her toes. Commander Kevin Casper said the attack was "weird sexual behavior."
The 24-year-old woman was leaving work around 1 a.m. Saturday when the 27-year-old man approached her and demanded her keys and phone. After that he removed her shoes.
Police say the woman was not hurt.
Police arrested the man a few minutes later about four blocks away. The woman identified the suspect and police were able to recover her keys and phone.
The man is in custody and has not yet been formally charged.

Seriously, what drives people to pull stunts like that? Thank goodness the woman wasn't hurt or anything and that she was able to recover her stolen items.
I don't find this entertaining in the least. Though this particular situation may not happen as often as others, similar crap happens way too often and there are so many women (and men) who have gotten hurt or killed.... it's disgusting.

Keys, phone and... feet? What did he plan on doing with any of that stuff? i mean, if your phone gets stolen, you contact the company and they shut it off. if your keys get stolen... well then usually most people have a backup. As for the feet thing... whatever.
I'd be more concerned that someone else is out there runnign around with my keys than I would whether or not I had a spare.
But what if this person is just some random person? What could they possibly do with your keys unless they knew exactly who you are and where you live? At that point, then yeah, they could get into your house or car... but still, if it were just a random person, they wouldnt know anything about you, so unless you try every car or house with that key, then no use
You can always have the locks changed in your house..
As for the car I'm not sure that's possible.

Well she wasn't hurt, she wasn't raped, she has her keys back, and the guy is in jail. HE licked her feet and got caught four blocks down the road. And this his horrible how?
It was a breach of her privacy and something she obviously objected to having.
Would you like some random guy to come to you, attempt to steal your belongings and lick your feet even if your items were recovered a little later?
