Hello, today is my 25th birthday; everybody wish me Happy Birthday and what not! Not much is gonna happen today other than being off from work and to eat some lemon cake *yum*, but I kinda like it that way I ain't much for doing things anyway and a peaceful day at home doing nothing is my idea of a good day. You know when I think that I'm a quarter of a century old it makes me feel old, but not that much!

Trust me, it's not very exciting when you repeat experiments... protocols become dull after doing them once or twice and especially when they go wrong. Problem is I only get 14 days of vacation a year and this means I get to work during Christmas and Labor day ... *sarcastic yay* XD

Yeah man, I know what you mean. I usually don't do much to celebrate my birthdays, most of the time I've just treated them as regular days. Also, your idea of a good day is identical to mine!

I do not know the meaning of personal or sick days. When you are a graduate student you are the property of your thesis adviser and the master demands you to be a good productive slave. Now, you committee oversees your productivity and slave programing by making you take a load of classes
