No, seriously. Someone actually posted all 750 pages of it on the Internet, causing a great uproar after reviews of it started going up on the New York Times page. So, legal action shall abound.

Thankfully, before it was taken down by Scholastic, I (being, you know, me) decided to read it. I couldn't believe it. I was shocked. I was astounded.

And I've decided to share EVERYTHING that happens with you guys! See, what happens is the following.....

Spoilers (Select To Read): *Just as she starts to open her mouth, however, Cookirini is suddenly accosted by ten very big men, who with ten clean hits to the head with various metal items, knock her out. As her body is dragged away, you hear an all-too-familiar British author's voice out of the blue:*

"Good work, boys. Dump it."
"Yes, madam. Let's go, mates. Get out the cement!"

*Ten seconds later, an unmarked black car speeds by and heads towards the nearest river rapids, and are never seen again. Neither, incidentally, is Cookirini.....*

END OF SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!1111

.....What? *looks innocently at everyone*

SPOILERS: Like a dozen characters die. I'd say who but then I'd get BANNED for spoiling people too dense to not read something.

Good overcomes evil. Well...we all know it'll happen.

The spoiler is that Rowling changes her mind and decides to release MORE HP books.

I know who's gonna die in the book!

It's ...

** a blackout immediately occurs before DoN speaks, the lights reappear and DoN is nowhere to be seen **

I'm a horrible person. I had several things thrown at me for that myspace bulletin.

Not a wizard fan, but this is a bit strange.

And don't worry Tobe. Some people like these books a bit too much. Over obssesive they are.
Wait, did I just write like Yoda? O_o

I read the first chapter of one, I think it was Goblet of Fire or something, after someone who apparently doesn't know me very well (it was my mother) bought it for me for Christmas.

Got bored, put it down, read a Tom Clancy novel.

Everyone who's talked to me about it was surprised I don't like Harry Potter (this goes especially for adults at Dad's parties that I was forced to converse with out of politeness.). The fact that I resembled (and still do, kinda) the actor in the first few movies doesn't really help me here.

Isn't it the same actor throughout?

And no, I don't like any of the books... Actually haven't even picked one up yet. meh

Yes it is.

My mom just got the book today, I personally haven't picked it up yet, but I've read all of them from cover to cover... except for Goblet of Fire.
They're okay.

Someone got it. This makes me happy.

(But the pages on pages of weapons descriptions I find actually really interesting, so yeah.)

I finished it a while ago... I'm guilty of being one of the insane freak waiting in line at Borders until I got my copy at 1:15 am. I really should be sleeping.

I finished the book last night. It was, in my opinion, an extremely satisfying ending and probably the best book of the lot.

My brother got the book through the mail and read it, but I haven't read any of the books, so I'll probably not read it.

I read and loved it. I don't understand why the world holds so much hostility towards people who just want to enjoy a children's story.

On Friday when I got the book at least 4 people confronted the group I got the book with, angry with us for... umm... enjoying ourselves?

*Shrugs* Such pettiness in this world.

I would have just smiled at you, told you the ending, and said "Enjoy your purcahse."

Then I would have found a way to make the ^_^ face irl.

XD. Never really was a fan for the Potter series. Never gonna knock anyone for it though, I'll just vehemently state over and over I'll never read them.

>> Anyone wanna tell/PM me the ending though? Through a close network of friends and colleagues, I know the general jist of the stories up until this point, so you won't have to explain much.

My sister made me read it to her on the way to my mom's house. TWO HOURS of reading something I DON'T LIKE.

Mrs. Weasley's screaming at Bellatrix was the only comfort. That was, like, the only highlight.

I don't get it. Just don't listen if someone says a spoiler. It's ahder in text if it's not marked because you can read halfway through a sentence before realizing it's a psoiler, but if it's shouted, just don't listen.

Also, if you've ever criticized someone because of their preference in literature, you've got serious issues.

What if they prefer Sadist Necro-Erotica novels over Fahrenheit 451?

I just finished reading it now and I must say I'm pleased. :)
Even though the 5th and 6th book disappointed me somewhat, this last one totally makes up for it.

I could easily spoil the book in three words or less without any warning. If anyone else had done that, I would have read it all just by glancing at it accidentally.

Hence it being harder to ignore text.

I read HP6 in 14 hours!

I wouldn't mind reading HP7 but I'm not rushing out to get it. Might get it at ASDA where it's cheap, or just borrow it.

HP6 did not impress so I wasn't holding out for 7, but I've heard people say it's am improvement so we'll see.

^ Go to Tescos. I went to both the other day; Asda were sold out but there were like a million in Tescos. Then again that was Cardiff and there's no reason to assume things are the same where you are I just like posting is that such a bad thing? =(

Picked it up in a Walmart on the day of at 6 pm. Just glad noone spoiled it for me. My younger brother and a few cousins tried to get me to spoil it for the 6 other relatives who were waiting after vacatiion to pick it up. I gave a fake spoiler and he countined to repeat it until someone locked the coolers and refused to let him eat or drink until he agreed to stop it.

I was overall happy with the book; its not my favorite of the series. I was happy to see I was right about Snape and prefered Bellatrix to get locked up again but didn't mind Molly getting her.
