Yeah, it's been quite a while since I've last been here. Of course, I've been finishing with basic training this whole time, so these days I rarely ever have time to see what's been going on with the good ol' MoFo. On May 16th, I will officially be done with my training, and now I'll be ready to go out to the fleet and truly experience what the Navy REALLY is like. Most people have told me to NEVER judge the military while you're in basic, because the life of basic training is nothing like it is out there. Being in the Navy for 8 months already, I still haven't experienced it for myself yet, lol. After I graduate, I get to go back home (for the 3rd time) for 2 weeks, and then I'm heading out to San Diego (which happens to be the #1 place I was wanting to get stationed at, because I love the west coast), on board the USS Ronald Reagan, the Navy's latest aircraft carrier, which will be my first permanent duty station for the rest of my enlistment. Apparently the ship is going out on a world tour as soon as I report there, and what sucks is that most sites on the internet and cell phones are deemed useless while on board. It's a challenge I'm gonna have to take on, but the fact that I'm actually able to get to see the world is what excites me! Can't wait!
Anyways, what's been happening lately? I've noticed that we have switched boards? No more EZBoard? I guess that's good. I've also noticed that there's no more chat. Hmm.
Hey it's nice to see you. *salutes* Ehh, looking back on what has happened, not much seems to come to mind, aside from the yukuization and irc chat, so, in my eyes, you haven't missed much.

Also, since there's talk about chatstuffs, I might as well also mention that MF FlashChat is still around (the link's in the upper left, under navigation). It's mainly used for RPing nowadays, though people do come in just to chat from time to time.
